And their name says it all “Family” Parkway Family Kia is the dealership I bought my car At because of the availability of the one I wanted but I don’t live anywhere near kingwood however when I tried to service my car near me, I was sadly disappointed with my experience so I will happily take the extra time to drive to kingwood and let Lindsay or anyone else there take care of me, and offer me an Uber ride back home and then pick me up when my car is ready whereas the other dealership only offered up to a 15-20 mile ride and I believe over charged me on top of that limit for a ride . So as a former bmw owner also I would like to say again this Kia dealership surpasses all expectations you should have for a great dealership! Even bmw couldn’t do that. Thanks parkway family for making me always feel welcome just like family!
