I could not be happier with our recent transaction at Myers Jeep. Chad Myers was easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. We got a great deal settled before I even arrived. A lot of dealerships make promises but won't really commit until they get you in. Chad and I had all the details worked out. When I arrived there, feeling the deal might change or expenses might be added on I was pleased to find that the deal was exactly as we talked about. Joe s Munoz was extremely helpful showing me the car and taking it out for a test drive. Seth Cole was very personable and professional going through all the paperwork. I always take my 08 escape to David and Austin here at Myers they are always friendly and outgoing and they really care about the customer. Their team of techs are fantastic as well a great team managed by 2 great people there is no one else I would trust taking care of my car repairs and maintenance!

Absolutely disgusted and appalled with the so-called "professionals" at this place. My mother took her one-year-old car here for an oil change. Right after leaving her car is sputtering and stalling out, she calls the place let them know what's going on.. immediately they go on the defense " it's nothing we did.. but we can take a look" so she took the car in and they actually had the nerve to charge her $80 for a diagnostic test and proceeded to let her know the O2 sensor was shot and would be $400 to fix. The car was taken to a professional mechanic and they let us know that the O2 sensor wire was purposefully cut and could be fixed for less than a $100. The car has been fixed I just want everyone to know what they did was Criminal and absolutely disgusting they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of an older lady . My message to you chad .. how exactly would you feel about some filthy scam artists taking advantage of your mother. SHAME ON YOU! i will post on every site i can find
