Everyone was pleasant but I did not receive the discounts I saw advertised online for my new lease, however everyone worked with me to get my payments to the rate I wanted and with they were willing to tint my car and wrap the roof in order to close the deal, something i really appreciated. Lowballed me a bit on my trade-in (doesn't everyone though?). But everyone was patient when it came to explaining my options and finding a monthly payment that worked for me. Did not think they went low enough on the overall price to meet my expectations though, claiming they couldn't take as much off because it was a lease (even though the internet price for a lease was lower) Everyone was a pleasure overall and Colby has even called me to check on how things are going and how i like my new car

After a very “twilight zone” experience with a neighboring dealership, I decided to call VW to see if they were open on a Sunday. I spoke to Chris and he offered to come in on his day off to help me find my next car. I’m extremely picky about what I drive and have very specific expectations. It frankly seemed impossible to find something I’d love to drive. Chris listened to all my requested, immediately understood what type of things were not only important to me, but was able to show me features that he know would impress me and I’d love. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable about even the most random questions I had, and made test driving cars ridiculously fun. I bought a beautiful Jetta from Chris, and he made the entire process enjoyable and easy. I highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants one of the best car sales professionals in the entire state. This people are genuine. They want to sell the car if you would like to buy one. Honesty opinion, honest price and would never force you to get into their "preferred" car. Freddie spent 3 option in car model patiently and worked with us on Atlas. Rickie made the whole finance really easy working late hours on that particular day. Cedric is the coolest and humble sales manager I have noticed. Really good place.
