When my wife's Jetta was totaled in an accident one of the first things she said was "we need to go see Troy". Rakesh made this the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. He was knowledgeable about the car, and genuinely seemed to want my business. When the numbers didn't work out at first, Rakesh didn't stop until they did. I would buy a car from him again, and would recommend him to friends and family.
