Very warm and helpful.

I was very frustrated by Autopark Honda and Leith Nissan experiences. Leith VW had the vehicle I wanted to see and test out. Jimmy met me on arrival. Answered and advised me through the whole process. Appreciated his help in my unexpected situation..

Best car buying experience ever

There are many choices you have consumers have in terms of buying a vehicle. There are things you have to consider like: which vehicle to buy (trim, features, etc), where to buy, what they want out of the vehicle, etc. the moment I stepped on the car lot at Leith Volkswagen of Cary I had a a great experience. Sales people are kind, friendly, and understanding. I didn’t feel pressured and they really made the whole experience stress free. Financing was super smooth as well. I give this dealership my top ratings and would come back again. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.

Excellent Customer Service

I took my Jetta in for its 10,000-mile service. The gentleman who helped me was thorough, efficient and very nice. I waited for my car and it was ready in a reasonable time. Having free WiFi in the waiting room was awesome. I really appreciate the excellent customer service experience. They didn't try to upsell me with things I didn't need. They did the work and I was back on the road.

The Best Car Buying Experience!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Mary Primm! We located a Volvo Leith had advertised on Car Guru. We were extremely excited to see Leith had the exact model we were looking for. My wife and I called at 7:30 and spoke with Mary to set up a time to look at the vehicle. Unfortunately we were 60 miles away and it was nearing 8pm Leith closing time. Much to our surprise Mary said to come on in and she would make sure they were there when we arrived at 9pm. We were so impressed with Mary’s willingness to work with us and allow us to come in so late to look at the Volvo. We left a deposit that night to hold the vehicle and came back the next day to make the purchase. Mary went out of her way to assist us and did every thing in her power to make sure we left with the car of our dreams. Thank you Mary and the whole Leith team for making our purchase the best car buying experience! You truly made us feel as if were were long time customers and right at home. Fixing the driver sit

My driver sit fell overnight since I bought this car, which is Beetle 2018 in November 2017. I went to the same dealer at least two times to ask them fixing this problem, but every time they told me it was nothing wrong. This time my advisor is Bobby DeLabio. He listened to me and kept the car for overnight. Finally, the technician found out that there was a problem (something leaking) made the sit fell. Bobby informed me the next day. He ordered the part, and have someone came from other location to fix the sit for me. I am glad that he took this extra step to help me. He truly represents Volkswagen! The great motors!
