Called a month ago and got a appointment for my truck that has no heat, well i walk in an say i have an appointment and they claim to not have a loaner, well when i made the appointment the guy i was talking to told me he would get me into a loaner on my dime. didnt mind that at all, well dont you think someone should call there appointments an let them know before they drive 50 miles one way and take a day off work. i made sure the guy knew i was driving out from anchorage, and wouldnt take the appointment without the loaner. dont remember who i talked to or was dealing with.

We went in later in the evening just to look at a new model keep that came out. Once we checked it out we decided not to purchase it. Our sales man Mitch Trudell offered us some options of other similar vehicles that would fit our needs. We ended up pulling the trigger on a new model Durango. He was professional as always ( 3rd vehicle purchase thru him) and dealt with my haggle and got me answers and a price we were willing to work with. The finalizing went quick and smooth and we walked out satisfied and happy with our purchase! Mitch also checks in from time to time to see how our vehicles are doing and that we are still happy.
