THE SERVICE ADVISERS ARE HORRIBLE NOW. WON'T EVER GO BACK DUE TO ATTITUDES OF THE CLIP BOARD CARRYING SERVICE ADVISOR. I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND STUART MAZDA AND I CAN SAY FOR SURE THEY WONT GET ANOTHER PENNY. THE CLIP BOARD CARRIER GUY COULDNT WAIT TO TELL ME THE SERVICE MANAGER HAD BEEN FIRED AND HE SEEMED TO BE SO VERY HAPPY ABOUT. WALLACE MAZDA WHO EVER DECIDED TO MAKE CHANGES IN THE SERVICE FRONT DESK/CHECK IN AREA SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM MAZDA ALSO BECAUSE YOU RUINED A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

Very welcoming and thorough in their service. I just purchased a Miata Sport. Series. Any and all questions were handled patiently and honestly. The sales representative, never pressure or pushed the sale. If he, or any other had done so, I would've left without buying. Christopher De Varona spent quite a bit of time advising, etc. He even helped me make some determining decisions regarding auto insurance. This Miata is a second vehicle. With his help I am now paying less for insurance coverage on two vehicles than I was paying for my other alone. Same if not better coverage too. Another fellow (Lawrence) also offered great assistance. Both delivered my new car to my residence, which is no small convenience. They have also been very clear that I am more than welcome to contact them if I have further questions. I will. Willie (manager) was extremely approachable. I got a fair price, a good deal. There is no doubt that I will recommend this dealership to my friends and acquaintances!
