I just went into Kia today, and the maintenance manager,

I just went into Kia today, and the maintenance manager, Victor, was extremely helpful. He explained the situation to me in great detail, helped the problem, and discussed with me ways to prevent further issues.

The sale experience was wonderful. Shawn Haas was our salesperson and is a top notch salesman. He went over the ins and outs of the car, set up the phone, etc. We could not ask for a better experience.

Great dealership and staff

I’ve bought my 3rd Kia Sportage from Palmen. Mario Ayala made this transaction the easiest one for me. He was very helpful and went way out of his way to make it happen. I would very much recommend Palmens and Mario to family and friends.

Great service

My sales man worked with me on this for over a year. He was honest and very helpful. Anytime I called or sent a message, he was quick to answer and very helpful throughout this process. I’m thankful to have had a great sales man for my first time buying

Great Service - as always!

As always, prompt, courteous service. They were ready for me and got me in and out in a jiffy. Pricing is very competitive as well.

Friendly service, clean, just a bit slow

Very friendly, clean facility, helpful but took way too long for a schedule oil change. I don’t have a problem waiting but 2 hours 15 minutes is a little longer than expected.
