Kia Sedona

Everyone was very polite, the service was for an oil change but they saw I had a rear seat pin that needed to be changed out due to the manufacturers recall and took care of it in the same visit.

Salespeople who listen, good employee culture

Easy to work with. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The culture is inviting. They listened to my needs in a new vehicle

Knowledgeable salesman

Salesman Mike O was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. A pleasure to work with. The Niro I wanted was in stock equipped with all the bells and whistles I wanted.

Oil change service

I have had all oil changes and other services performed on my vehicle at Palmen since I bought my vehicle at Palmen. I do not recall ever having a bad experience.

Always courteous and they let me know what's going on. They also work with me on planning updated repairs to fit my budget and time.

Usually wonderful service.

The service guys behind the counters worked hard to find answers to our problem with our GPS. They weren't able to solve it, but at least gave me a starting place.

Kia Soul ! purchase

Mike O was awesome...!! A definite "10". My "9's" don't reflect on him at all but on the dealership and was tempted to make them an "8", but our overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable, thanks to Mike! Would definitely give Mike O a "10" and refer people to him but caution them 'bout the dealer's bottom line inflation tactics! Another "10" goes to Jasmine. She was a pleasure to communicate with but she should have shared a bit more info before we showed up but I blame the dealer for withholding additional information that would have made our purchase less challenging. Oh, Palmen needs to get some Plush Hamster toys to give out! We were so looking forward to one and disappointed in not getting one! Other Kia dealers do! One last thing.... We LOVE the car; it's awesome...!!
