Everyone gave me a good service and they were very polite. I want to give thanks to Mario and Jonathan Ayala because they helped me find the car that I was looking for. :)

I was there just under one hour. Customer service was high. Waited for my car to be finished. Customer Rep kept me updated continually as to the progress. The only thing that could have been better would have been to not have my front driver seat so totally changed.

We really enjoyed working with Larry and the whole palmen team made the process of purchasing our new Telluride go extremely smooth. Everything was in order when we showed up to pick up vehicle and described exactly as described

My appointment was easy to schedule. When I arrived the service was prompt . The service staff explained what was being done and inquired if I had any questions. After the service was completed, my car was washed and returned to me. Job well done. I purchased my KIA here and I would not take it anywhere else for service. I am always satisfied when I bring it here for service.

The staff was very friendly and didn’t mind answering any questions I had or going into detail to explain exactly what I’m purchasing.

Service clerk was friendly, as were all personnel. Don't know why appointment was not on file when I had a confirming email.
