Rite in the middle of this Covid-19 I ordered a truck, He stayed on top of things and surprised me with a phone call that... my new truck was built and ready to be delivered to my house . How cool is that? He's a very laid back man , and tells it the way it is,not what you may want to here..

I visited this dealership about a week ago inquiring about service to my vehicle. I was asking several questions to which I was laughed at and talked down... to. In addition, I was told that I could “haggle” with the service staff on the price of the service. First of all, I did not appreciate being talked to as if I was unintelligent. I am a highly educated woman and just as I would not expect the service staff to know the specifics of my work they should not assume that I know the specifics of their work. Secondly, I should not have to haggle with anyone. If you are running a business with integrity your customers should be able to receive the best price period.
