I have been a customer of Reichenbach Chevrolet for about seven years - am on my second Chevy Traverse that I purchased from them. As to sales, obviously I am happy because I went back and bought my second car from them. Regarding service, I have had nothing but good experiences. They do the work well, on time, and for reasonable costs. One of the people in the Service Dept is particularly good - his name is Sean. Over time, Sean has figured out problems and found solutions to provide excellent customer service. This morning was a good example.... I thought I had a problem with a key fob, and was expecting that I was going to have to buy a new one, and I knew that they are not inexpensive. I walked into the Service Dept, found Sean, and told him what my problem was. He pulled out a pocket knife, spent about 30 seconds, and solved the problem. It showed me that (1) Sean is quite knowledgable with the little details, and, (2) he seemed to take pride in being able to solve a customer's problem quickly. Bottom line is that I continue to be completely happy with my experiences with Reichenbach Chevrolet.

I have a lot of friends that bring there vehicle to be

I have a lot of friends that bring there vehicle to be serviced. First off the person that makes appointments and gives the techs the info they need are not the ones servicing your vehicle! Secondly they have a manager above them that says what they can or can’t do. Stop being so negative to the person in front of you and take it up with the person behind the door!

Very disappointed in costumer service at MR Chevrolet.

Very disappointed in costumer service at MR Chevrolet. I took my 2021 Silverado in to have oil change, less than 1 mile up the road all my alarms started going off. They gave me an appointment for a week later to look at it, I was told by Britney in service dept. that they needed a part which was not in stores and was back ordered. They kept my vehicle for a week, I called them and said I need a loaner car to get to and from work and was told by the service department manager that I have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting a loaner car. I was told by Steve , one of the managers to rent a car and I would be reimbursed .After a week of renting a car for over $300 and not having anyone call me with up date I took in my receipt and took my truck home. To this day 6 weeks laterStill have not got my money back or heard anything about the part. I had a family emergency in New York which I had no vehicle to drive back so I ended up flying in renting a car there. Tomorrow I intend to call the owner of the dealership, and friends of mine who work at other dealerships to see if I can get this part. After Six weeks of waiting on a part I am thoroughly disgusted with the customer service that the whole dealership has given me. I have been a customer from the day they opened and purchased TEN vehicles from them. Will no longer do business with this dealer.

First time oil change on 2022 Traverse, tech spilled oil

First time oil change on 2022 Traverse, tech spilled oil all over engine and never cleaned up , after I start driving home car almost caught in fire. Had to stop by car wash and clean it by myself. This used to be great place to take a car for service , I don't belive so anymore, don't know what happend to them. I guess next oil change will be done in my garage

DO NOT WASTE YOUr TIME

I should have realized that when you go on their website and search the new car you want...well,,MSRP and their "Internet Price" are identical. Well, with a deal like that how can you resist!!! But being stupid I still took a drive there since I live local...and trust me, it will be the last time I set foot in this sleazy lying car dealership ever again. I should have paid attention to the HONEST reviews, the ones they can't control on Google and Yelp, etc. where they get trashed...but their "FAKE" reviews on their website become obvious. You are simply UNABLE to walk in and get a rock bottom number for what they will sell the car for without them grilling, stalling and trying to screw you with long term financing (any one who takes ANY car loan for over 48 months is well,,,STUPID. You will end up.."upside down" in your loan affter 4 years and you owe more than you can sell your car for....then they own you. They pestered me on "How much do you want your payment to be?" at least 10 times. They can make you payment anything they want it to be..a young lady was at the salesman desk near me and they had her talked into a 84 month loan!! (Yes..that is 7 years)...telling her to look at how low her payment was, but not explaining she was screwed at the end, or even worse if she totaled her car and her insurance company will only pay its book value and she would be on the hook for the rest. The sales manger "Closer" was even worse and I can't imagine what the finance guy was able to sell her on extended warranties, and a hood ornament upgrade. Bottom Line....go elsewhere. Their horrific reputation is well earned.

Hello. At Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet we pride ourselves on customer service. We really appreciate any feedback whether it be positive or negative through any and every avenue of the World Wide Web. To address the MSRP and Internet price concern, Some vehicles do not have incentives so therefore they will not reflect massive discounts online. Some dealers like to advertise prices that customers don?t qualify for and then they charge more than the advertised price. That would be a better definition of a ?Sleazy? dealership. We prefer not to do business that way. Customers would prefer to get a better deal than what?s online, Not the other way around. We train our staff to ask questions in order to find customer?s budget, wants and needs for options, etc. Not to pester them but simply to save time and make sure we show them vehicles that meet those needs. No reason to show a customer a Black car if they want White and no reason to show them a $50k vehicle if they are budgeting for a $30k vehicle. We do not try to ?Talk people into? financing terms. We simply give them options based on the information they?ve shared with us and let them choose. Sometimes folks choose the longer term financing in order to reach their payment goals. This doesn?t make them ?STUPID? as you put it, it just works for them. The National Average for a car loan is 66 months by the way. Lots of folks take out 30 year mortgages rather than 10 or 15 year options in order to make their payments more affordable. As far as Dealers making payments ?anything we want them to be? Not exactly sure what that means. The Laws of Mathematics, Lenders terms, interest rates and Customers credit ratings formulate the payments. We are simply a ?middle man? between customers and lenders that we work with. We offer to assist with financing merely as a convenience for customers. Some folks prefer dealing with their own lenders and we help with that process also. As far as your review, We were trying to find the part that pertained to ?Your? particular experience here. It appears that your review is mostly about how you feel folks should choose to finance their vehicles. It appears as though you?ve had bad experiences at dealers in the past. We would like to apologize for that. If you would like to discuss ?your? particular experience, please feel free to reach out to our GM Steve or our GSM Neal. Car Service

I went in for oil change and check engine light and was leaving the next day for vacation. My car was services and repaired in 2 hours and I got to work on time!! Also Repair was covered under my warranty!
