I should have realized that when you go on their website and search the new car you want...well,,MSRP and their "Internet Price" are identical. Well,... with a deal like that how can you resist!!! But being stupid I still took a drive there since I live local...and trust me, it will be the last time I set foot in this sleazy lying car dealership ever again. I should have paid attention to the HONEST reviews, the ones they can't control on Google and Yelp, etc. where they get trashed...but their "FAKE" reviews on their website become obvious. You are simply UNABLE to walk in and get a rock bottom number for what they will sell the car for without them grilling, stalling and trying to screw you with long term financing (any one who takes ANY car loan for over 48 months is well,,,STUPID. You will end up.."upside down" in your loan affter 4 years and you owe more than you can sell your car for....then they own you. They pestered me on "How much do you want your payment to be?" at least 10 times. They can make you payment anything they want it to be..a young lady was at the salesman desk near me and they had her talked into a 84 month loan!! (Yes..that is 7 years)...telling her to look at how low her payment was, but not explaining she was screwed at the end, or even worse if she totaled her car and her insurance company will only pay its book value and she would be on the hook for the rest. The sales manger "Closer" was even worse and I can't imagine what the finance guy was able to sell her on extended warranties, and a hood ornament upgrade. Bottom Line....go elsewhere. Their horrific reputation is well earned.
Hello. At Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet we pride ourselves on customer service. We really appreciate any feedback whether it be positive or negative th...rough any and every avenue of the World Wide Web. To address the MSRP and Internet price concern, Some vehicles do not have incentives so therefore they will not reflect massive discounts online. Some dealers like to advertise prices that customers don?t qualify for and then they charge more than the advertised price. That would be a better definition of a ?Sleazy? dealership. We prefer not to do business that way. Customers would prefer to get a better deal than what?s online, Not the other way around. We train our staff to ask questions in order to find customer?s budget, wants and needs for options, etc. Not to pester them but simply to save time and make sure we show them vehicles that meet those needs. No reason to show a customer a Black car if they want White and no reason to show them a $50k vehicle if they are budgeting for a $30k vehicle. We do not try to ?Talk people into? financing terms. We simply give them options based on the information they?ve shared with us and let them choose. Sometimes folks choose the longer term financing in order to reach their payment goals. This doesn?t make them ?STUPID? as you put it, it just works for them. The National Average for a car loan is 66 months by the way. Lots of folks take out 30 year mortgages rather than 10 or 15 year options in order to make their payments more affordable. As far as Dealers making payments ?anything we want them to be? Not exactly sure what that means. The Laws of Mathematics, Lenders terms, interest rates and Customers credit ratings formulate the payments. We are simply a ?middle man? between customers and lenders that we work with. We offer to assist with financing merely as a convenience for customers. Some folks prefer dealing with their own lenders and we help with that process also. As far as your review, We were trying to find the part that pertained to ?Your? particular experience here. It appears that your review is mostly about how you feel folks should choose to finance their vehicles. It appears as though you?ve had bad experiences at dealers in the past. I went in for oil change and check engine light and was leaving the next day for vacation. My car was services and repaired in 2 hours and I got to work... on time!! Also Repair was covered under my warranty!

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation while on vacation in Hilton Head and went to MR Chevrolet in Bluffton. Being from out of town I wasn't sure... how I would be treated as a non local customer. From the moment I arrived the service department exceeded my expectations! I arrived early and they checked me in and didn't make me wait at all. They started before my appointment time! While waiting I had an opportunity to meet the owners sister and operations director Audre and she was amazing! I discovered they have Ohio roots as well. Audre and staff went out of there way to delver an amazing service experience. They had water and coffee available to customers and allowed me to look at a Corvette prior to the sales teams arrival. I can't say enough about Reichenbach Chevrolet if you want an honest good down to earth customer experience from folks that care about their customers than this is the dealership you must visit. A++++++
3 rd vehicles purchase and always a high level of professionalism. Paperwork in buying experience was fast and very easy to complete! Everyone is always... pleasant from management to service personnel.

This trip was ok. I found out I need an oil pan, and they ordered it. They are to call when it comes in. My service guy is Marvin, and I think he?s... the best!

The only bad interaction I have had with this dealer is when it took 7 hours to install factory fog lights. Most of that was on GM. Getting the proper... programming for the body controller.
I had my car serviced. For the second time they left my car with grease all over the front left fender. The same thing happened the first time I had an... oil change. I also have a scratch I haven?t seen before on top if the same fender. I didn?t realize it until I got home and put it back in the garage. This is a Corvette stingray that has never been in the rain. Five years old with 3800 miles. Marvin and the counter people were very friendly. I think I will take it to another dealership next time.
The Service Department was awesome, I was going to work and my vehicle battery was dead. I phoned them and had it towed, they picked me up and provided... a loaner so I could go to work. After replacing the battery they returned it. Several days later I had the same problem. I phoned them, had my 2018 Equinox towed, they picked me up and provided me with a loaner. I called and was told it was fixed, however, Sean, the Service Manager asked if he could keep it a few day to be sure. Later, let me know he was happy he had as the problem occurred again. They kept it the week and when they were confident the problem was resolved, returned my vehicle. I haven't had any issues since. They are a great team and a joy to work with!!
