Look at all the hotrible revuews ...need I say more? Run away from this place....been trying to get vehicle serviced since November of 2023.....ridiculous.....about time someone looks into this incapable dealership!

I brought my Jeep in after another local Jeep dealer

I brought my Jeep in after another local Jeep dealer could not fix the check engine light twice. They called and said the previous dealer had done the repair improperly and that it ruined my camshaft and head necessitating over $5000 in repairs. Long story short they finished repairs even thought the service advisor Jackson knew I was trying to get the previous dealership to accept responsibility which by them doing the repairs just made my situation worse. I told Jackson that the other dealership wanted to do the repairs in house if they had accepted responsibility yet he went ahead anyway. My suggestion is to not trust them in any way shape or form. Further I got a call from Jake the Fixed Operations person, whatever that means, asking me to give him a day to try and rectify things. He did call and leave a message the next day. When I called and asked for Jake, the front person put me through to a line that only rang and rang with no pick up. Then I called back and asked for Jake again and got someone else other than “Jake” so I left that message and called back a third time only to get another no name person so I left a message there too. I still do not know if I ever got “Jake”. I called back the following day when I never got the return call and again this time got a Sean’s voicemail so I left him a message and called back and this time got a no name voicemail and left another message, again not knowing if “Jake” ever got anything. There is incompetency on many levels that I can see at this dealership the least of which is not being able to get you to the right person, or to return calls, and the most of which is going ahead with repairs the service advisor knew was not wanted because of my trying to get the 1st dealership to accept responsibility for the improper repairs to begin with. There mission statement could not be further from the truth and they should be ashamed of the way they do business. I am now questioning whether or not they are telling the truth about the needed repairs and that is why they went ahead with the “repairs” to cover their tracks. I told them to save the parts and the recordings of the conversations because they most likely will be needed to find out who is telling the truth. I saw a review from a gentleman who had a complaint and was referred to someone else at the dealership and he too could not get any answers and even said after talking with that person he still had an unresolved problem. Please save yourself some trouble and be very careful if you choose to use them. Did you see anyone who said their complaints were resolved? There is a reason for that.

We left our truck for repairs soon after purchased.

We left our truck for repairs soon after purchased. Six days later and it's still not done. Every day they say it will be done tomorrow. We have called several times yesterday and no one will answer. We have left messages and they haven't called back. If it wasn't under warranty, I would take it somewhere else.

Where do I even begin?

Where do I even begin? We drove a jeep here today, and it started smoking so badly during our test drive we had to make an emergency exit. Even after that, we found a second car on their lot, when we got in and turned it on, the A/C started screaming, we decided to look past it. We wrote everything up, then the GSM Daniel states, came to talk to us, we asked him about getting a bit of money off the car we were purchasing, as we hadn’t gotten a dime off list price, and the first car almost caught on fire mid test drive. He got up, stormed off, and told us he refused to sell us the car and ripped up all of our paper work in front of us. It was the most appalling outburst I’ve ever seen in my life. All because we asked about getting some money off the list price. This man in no way should be a store manager, I wouldn’t feel safe going here as a woman by yourself with this man “running the place”

You all better get it together ! Wasted my day!

I have been dealing with Victory for the past 6 years and I am sorry to say after my experience on April 7th it was my last. I am not sure what has happened over there, but I would not recommend them. I have bought two vehicles from them in the past and one point of note was devastated to find that amazing salesman, Rodney Dillard was gone. He sold me both my Jeeps. He always took time to visit with us when we came in for maintenance. On this last trip, one of the new young sales mangers, I felt was a disrespectful when letting us know Rodney was no longer there. HOWEVER, it's the service department for the reason that I won't be back. I have been in customer service for 30 years and I have never seen such poor customer service. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Standing appointment at 1pm and didn't get out until after 3:30pm. I was told the tech was "not feeling it". What does that even mean??? So one of the customer service desk guys had to go back and help, and then comes back to say my Jeep was ready to go but had to tell me how heavy the tires were. Seriously, don't come back out to a customer and complain or be funny, do your jobs !! On top of that I am not even sure that I can tell if all the tires were actually rotated. If that is the case, it was a wasted trip and my last free warranty visit Oh, and while I was waiting all this time, I noticed they now have the windows to the service area frosted over and say its due to remodeling...hmmm. They now do not want us to see what is happening back there with out vehicles. I was not the only on upset, I noticed three more people who were waiting excess amounts of time as well. All I know is that I spent $60K on a vehicle (twice) from Victory, and I choice to drive and hour and half each time I would come for maintenance (because of their staff at the time) and I expected to be provided with exceptional service, experience, and professionalism. NOTE: Had I read all the reviews that Victory had all this turn over recently, I would not have wasted my time.
