Where do I even begin? We drove a jeep here today, and it started smoking so badly during our test drive we had to make an emergency exit. Even after that, we found a second car on their lot, when we got in and turned it on, the A/C started screaming, we decided to look past it. We wrote everything up, then the GSM Daniel states, came to talk to us, we asked him about getting a bit of money off the car we were purchasing, as we hadn’t gotten a dime off list price, and the first car almost caught on fire mid test drive. He got up, stormed off, and told us he refused to sell us the car and ripped up all of our paper work in front of us. It was the most appalling outburst I’ve ever seen in my life. All because we asked about getting some money off the list price. This man in no way should be a store manager, I wouldn’t feel safe going here as a woman by yourself with this man “running the place”

I have been dealing with Victory for the past 6 years and I am sorry to say after my experience on April 7th it was my last. I am not sure what has happened over there, but I would not recommend them. I have bought two vehicles from them in the past and one point of note was devastated to find that amazing salesman, Rodney Dillard was gone. He sold me both my Jeeps. He always took time to visit with us when we came in for maintenance. On this last trip, one of the new young sales mangers, I felt was a disrespectful when letting us know Rodney was no longer there. HOWEVER, it's the service department for the reason that I won't be back. I have been in customer service for 30 years and I have never seen such poor customer service. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Standing appointment at 1pm and didn't get out until after 3:30pm. I was told the tech was "not feeling it". What does that even mean??? So one of the customer service desk guys had to go back and help, and then comes back to say my Jeep was ready to go but had to tell me how heavy the tires were. Seriously, don't come back out to a customer and complain or be funny, do your jobs !! On top of that I am not even sure that I can tell if all the tires were actually rotated. If that is the case, it was a wasted trip and my last free warranty visit Oh, and while I was waiting all this time, I noticed they now have the windows to the service area frosted over and say its due to remodeling...hmmm. They now do not want us to see what is happening back there with out vehicles. I was not the only on upset, I noticed three more people who were waiting excess amounts of time as well. All I know is that I spent $60K on a vehicle (twice) from Victory, and I choice to drive and hour and half each time I would come for maintenance (because of their staff at the time) and I expected to be provided with exceptional service, experience, and professionalism. NOTE: Had I read all the reviews that Victory had all this turn over recently, I would not have wasted my time.
The best car buying & finance experience ever
I seldom write a review. However, this review is a must!! . By far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car! Nick in sales is awesome, went over & beyond in every step of the way! Matt in finance worked magic to get me approved in less than a 1/2 hour & again over the top customer service!! Finally experienced a dealership and people that really care about their customers ! Have never had customer service like this- ever!! If you need to purchase a car in state or out, do yourself a big favor, call or go see them! You will be very happy you did! Thank you Nick & Matt for everything!

Bad Service...They Failed Us
I would definitely think twice before purchasing your vehicle or even getting it serviced here. We needed another car...had no intention of buying until our car broke down. The thing is, we received great service when we got our car above and beyond. They even put more money into the car before we left the dealership. It was told to us with evidence that the everything was top notch. Transmission included. Two weeks later we are having issues with our car and it isnt driveable. We had to get our car towed from our house to the dealership ( with money we did not have). They checked the car saying they didn't have the tools to service our VW. If no tools, how did you all fully service the car from the beginning? Now, its almost two weeks no word from them about anything. They wont even give us a loaner! I can't work. We have daycare cost. They don't care! I'm telling everyone i know never to come here.

In 2016 I purchased a Ram 1500 from this dealership and at that time I was very pleased with them. However over the last several years I have noticed a sharp decline in their service department. It started when the service department forgot to put oil in my truck after an oil change. The second bad experience was when I was stiffed on a warranty refund. I had purchased the extended warranty and was told if I never made a claim before the extended warranty expired I would be refunded the purchase amount. I never made a warranty claim but they never refunded the purchase amount. The last negative experience I had was when I went in to have a battery that was still under warranty replaced. I had already had the battery tested, which took all of five minutes, however at the dealership I was told they would have to put the battery on their tester for up to four hours. Needless to say this will be the last negative experience I have with this dealership.

They couldn’t or wouldn’t fix a problem with the power...
They couldn’t or wouldn’t fix a problem with the power outlet in my Ram 1500. I told them the problem and was told they would get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have heard nothing. It’s a warranty issue so I’m sure they’d rather work on things that bring in money. After buying 4 vehicles from them I thought they’d treat me with at least a little respect.
