    I contacted this dealership after seeing a vehicle online and entered the dealership with my own financing....easy sale for the dealer team. I purchased... that SUV here on 4/4/20 and have not been able to get the vehicle registered. After contacting my salesman and the Finance Associate several times since 4/4/20, I contacted the DMV to inquire on the ETA/status of the new license plate. I was informed that nothing was completed by the dealer and the vehicle still has a previous owner listed on the Title. Aside from the aforementioned problem, the Finance Associate and Salesman have exemplified horrendous Customer Service and poor overall execution. During my document purchase signing, the Finance Associate stated that since I was not transferring my Trade-In's license plate, I needed to go to the DMV office to pay taxes in order to get the new vehicle license plate. The NC DMV confirmed that was inaccurate information. I have received the complete run around from both individuals since early April. I'm currently on my THIRD 30 Day tag that will expire in 11 days. After 3-4 communications with those same individuals on yesterday (6/17/20), I was told that the current Title Holder would be in the office later that evening to rectify the situation. My salesman stated he would contact me this morning (6/18/20) to update me of the situation.... I have NOT heard from him. When I contacted my bank on yesterday (6-17-20), they stated this dealership was notified 43 days ago, May 29th & again on June 2 that the Title has not been received and that there was no reply from this dealership. I feel that I have been lied to and there has been no sense of urgency shown from this dealership. When I asked for a newer, 2nd key to the SUV (the key that I was given was/is completely worn), I was told that since the cost of the vehicle was negotiated no 2nd key was allowed. $31K+ spent and that is the reply a customer is given? Wow! I understand if that is not possible, but that is the reason given? Today, my plan was to return the vehicle. We all work too hard daily to give our money away to businesses that do not value our time and purchase(s). Today I spoke with the GM, so hopefully resolutions for the Title/Lien/License plate issues will be expedited. He gave me a Target Date for resolution, so I am looking forward to that resolution. If not, I will be returning the vehicle on that given Target Date. In addition, this could negatively impact my family and I from an insurance standpoint also. This has been an absolute awful experience.

    Waited 2 days for quote on my trade in for their 2017 Ford Taurus SHO. I filled ALL of their online buying with a signature to get the ball rolling. NO... RESPONSE. The 3rd dealership in week that refused to work with a customer.

    Would give them no stars if possibe. Made contact with sales person, ask for more pictures and a video only received the pictures then I tried contacting... them for a few days straight no response they told me someone is taking care of it and just passed it on from one to another. I called in today about the raptor turns out it was sold this morning. I never got the breakdown I asked for. Horrible customer service.

    We were looking for a good used car for our daughter. Not only did we find one, but we found 3 of them. However she picked the highest end but the cheapest... for us to buy. They treated us well and we were out the door with it cleaned and gassed up. Couldn't have a better car buying experience.

    Two interactions, well, one and a half, with their Service Dept within two weeks from buying from them, and two disappointments. We are a Ford family... and I have been to several of the Ford dealerships in and around the area and know the deal. Capital Ford Sales is great for most people if you're in the right "class" of customer. But, as other people have said, when they get your money, that's all they care about. Sales and Service are two different worlds and there is tension there between the two. I noticed it when the salesman at Capital Ford tried to schedule my first free oil change. Anyway, bought a 2019 F-350 8k miles from Capital Ford and after driving it a day or two noticed it was out of alignment. Made an appointment and walked in. Was bounced around from desk to desk until I got upset and someone finally agreed to check me in. Over 2.5 hours waiting just for an alignment. One week later my engine light comes on and I called was forced to leave a vmail at Capital Ford Service and haven't even received a call back as of this writing. I called Felix Sabates Ford on South Blvd and got their vmail also but hung up frustrated. Felix Sabates actually called me back within 15 minutes and I didn’t even leave a vmail. Needless to say, I’ll be trusting them with my investment. Again, buying from Capital Ford is great, if you are the right kind of customer. Jayden spent ALL DAY with me, I mean 9:30 to 5:30 going over every inch of the truck. And never any pressure to make a decision and showed me multiple trucks all DAY. Its their Service Dept that is incompetent. Go to Felix Sabates for your service or other dealerships in this area (except Hilbish Ford) if you are still under warranty, if not under warranty, a good local mechanic that is certified on Fords and personally recommended. Lastly, some of their used inventory are MANUFACTURER BUYBACKS or more affectionately, LEMONS from other states. I was informed of this as required by law and promised EVERYTHING was fixed and could buy in confidence...however, already the problems are starting to appear. So much for their 90 whatever point inspection. SO from the way I have been treated only two weeks after my purchase and two interactions with their Service Dept, I have no confidence in Capital Ford Service Dept to neither warranty nor protect and maintain my investment and I will be going elsewhere. Read the negative reviews for Service on their website. This has been going on for years.

    They posted a truck for sale for $57999 and once I go and look at it they wait a day to send me a quote and raise the price $4k. Who does this? I’d tell... everyone to be very cautious when buying from them. They tried to deny it but I had a picture of the deal. Then they said the the online site was wrong. Said I should use cars.com. Funny thing is that is the site I took the picture from. Seems a little fishy to me!
