If you want to buy a lemon that's also most likely to

If you want to buy a lemon that's also most likely to have been hit then this is your place. Hopefully nothing else breaks after your purchase because the completely incompetent service writers will argue you don't have a warranty when you actually have TWO!!! I'd recommend upgrading to a better set of shoes before purchasing here.

Bought a car from them and they cracked the windshield

Bought a car from them and they cracked the windshield while detailing it! Been 2 weeks of me calling and going to the dealership and no response!! Do NOT buy from this place!!! They just want your money, soon as you drive off they could care less!!!

Called the dealership today and gave them a stock number

Called the dealership today and gave them a stock number of the truck I want to see. I confirmed that it was still available and they set an appointment 2 hours from my call to take a look. After driving 1-1/2 to the dealer they said they sold it yesterday and it wasn't updated in the system. Wanted to know if I wanted to look at a new one?

I purchased a pre-owned Ford F150 from Capital Ford of

I purchased a pre-owned Ford F150 from Capital Ford of Charlotte NC in Dec 2024, Criag Smith was my salesperson, he was very cordial and professional. Purchasing an expensive vehicle online can be a frustrating experience, only seeing pictures of the vehicle but not actually being there means you really have to trust your salesperson. Craig sent all the pictures of the vehicle I asked for and he kept me updated on the purchasing process. We also had a live Skype video where he demonstrated all the features and verified that everything I was concerned about, worked perfectly. The vehicle was shipped to me in a completely enclosed box trailer, so it arrived clean and free from any damage. Everything Craig said about the vehicle was correct, he said it was a beautiful truck, and he was right. Although Craig did a great job in presenting the vehicle, I gave them 4 stars due to a financing misunderstanding.

Purchase a 2020 Lincoln Aviator thru a Buyback Program. This Vehicle has a lot misrepresented issues, which no one is willing to be responsible for. The purchase was performed online and delivered 100 miles to my home. I choice to purchase this caliber of a vehicle thru Capital Ford due to their review ratings. I will not make this mistake again. So I advise anyone purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership to take it to a trustworthy person and have it check out for overall condition. I have also reach out to the Lincoln Division of Ford Motor Co, and they have declined as well. My Family members having been driving Lincolns since 1971. It may be time to look somewhere else, Ford is not the Company it once was.

I inquired about a vehicle that was used and on auto

I inquired about a vehicle that was used and on auto trader and was told that it needed a tire and would be ready to come look at that day. This vehicle was part of the RAV program, which was explained to me. I got it text message to come schedule the appointment to see the vehicle because it was ready, I schedule the appointment a day ahead and got a call that morning to confirm that I was going to be there when I show up the vehicle interior was completely torn apart and the vehicle was not ready to show at all. It also had a sticker on the front windshield that this vehicle is not for sale , I drove an hour and a half to come look at this vehicle and it was in this kind of shape which was amazing to me. No one had any clue or communicated to me that it was in this kind of shape. I would never trust anyone at that dealership with that kind of communication Performance and poor management has been my experience

Spoke with Shantelle on their 2020 Mustang GT500.

Spoke with Shantelle on their 2020 Mustang GT500. Found out when I asked her if it has a clean title, that the car has a branded title as it is a Lemon Law return. No where in the ad or any "fine print" does it say that in the listing on their website - you only find out if you look at a Carfax or ask someone. Branded title on a 2020 $68K car ?!?!?! Very difficult to get a loan or even insurance - you need to say all this on the ad so I dont waste my time or theirs. A little deceptive I think - you be the judge!
