This was the third time i bought a car in my life, and by far it was the best experience that I have had. The facilities were great and the team there was even better. Jonathan Spadafora was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car that I was interested in buying. i will definitely be coming back in the future for my next car.

This was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. The other dealershipside didn't have any prices listed on the cars, wouldn't answer direct questions and harassed us all through the lot- BUT HERTZ WAS DIFFERENT. We met James when we arrived and he introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. All I wanted to do was look around- and he was the first person who said "look around, take your time and if you need me- let me know" and he left us alone! There was a price, milage and other info listed on every car. When we were ready, James answered every question without playing games, was honest and actually kept us within out price range. My husband got a great car and we didn't pay more than we planned. The next day, we brought my brother in law in and he bought a car as well. I was wary about buying a rental- but the car is great, fair price and we even got the extended warranty. If you go there, ask for James, you will definitely be pleased. Hertz should know that they are very lucky to have such a great honest salesman. We have a large family in the area and we will all be using James at Hertz from now on. Thank you!
