Earl was great. Got my Mustang in for multiple issues and got the work done fast and right the 1st time. Easy drop off and great communication.

Usually I don’t have any problems there however I did a boneheaded thing and contaminated the radiator fluid. I had my F-250 diesel towed to the shop 5 days ago 3 being work days and they still they haven’t even looked at the issue. The service person in my opinion has been rude when I call and I feel I’m being jerked around. He has poor communication skills best describes the situation with him. Another complaint I have is when you pay for service if it’s not cash or check they want an extra percentage. Nothing says thanks for choosing us than charging extra money for using a debit card. My truck is a 2016 Platinum with 69000 miles on her. It’s a beautiful truck that I was considering buying a new one from Classic but fat chance of that now. I think I will buy from another dealer who is considerate to its customers.

The only problem we have is that we DO NOT have access to the GPS on our new car. (We had a 2020 Ford Escape with which we were very pleased. That is why we elected to purchase a 2026 Escape. However we have found that the new 2026 Ford Escape requires a smart phone to access the car's GPS. We have flip phones. Also, you now have to PAY for GPS.. That is EXTREMELY frustrating.

I purchased my F150 Tremor from Classic Ford Galveston, and it was a good experience. Especially the communication of Don, Taylor, and the finance team. If I decide to buy another Ford, I'll definitely drive to Galveston from Georgetown to have the same experience.
