I worked with Taylor and he answered all of my questions, stayed in contact with me along the way, and they even delivered the truck to my work over 700 miles away the next day. Honest pricing and good customer service. Will buy from again.

This was our 2nd lease at Classic Ford of Galveston and as we discovered on the 1st lease, this is the place to come. Everything was lowkey, low pressure and extremely personal. Christian, our salesman, and Taylor the finance guy, were patient and easy to work with...they bent over backwards to find what we wanted and managed to maintain our financial wishes.

Classic Ford in Galveston is the worst place to take your
Classic Ford in Galveston is the worst place to take your Ford to have any maintenance done. I had the back breaks done and the front brakes checked. Only to have the front tire come off on the road with my family in it. Kent the manager in service denied fixing it and making it right. Do not take your truck here.

Soon after the techs came back from their lunch break
Soon after the techs came back from their lunch break they took my vehicle to do The Works on it. In about 30 minutes they were through. Then the young lady at the desk took my vehicle and ran it through the car wash.

Scheduled an appt.and brought our truck in on a Tuesday @ Classic Ford Service Dept. based on the reviews that were listed. The young lady that was our Service Dept. contact person assured us on 3 separate occasions she would contact us regarding an estimate and also an update for new tires and a repair. This never happened. We waited and waited for her promised call and it never came…we repeatedly had to call several times over the course of 3 days to finally get the estimate and completion timeline. . We were then told on Thursday the truck would he ready that day. We decided to call before we headed to pick the truck up and our contact lady then told us that she left us a voice message (we never received a call nor a voice message) telling us the truck is not ready, that the new replacement tires just never showed up…..whatever the xxxx that means and it wouldn’t be ready until maybe 4:00 pm on Friday. So very disappointed in their lack of communication skills with their customers. No call backs, zero response skills and zero keeping their word. So if you can’t do without a car for 4 days or more - or you do not enjoy playing the “I wonder when it will be ready guessing game” - I would NOT recommend this Service Dept.

A few weeks ago I wrote a review based on buying a car a year ago, not realizing I hadn't done so. This review is for my new car purchase last week, my second purchase from this dealer. This transaction was even better than the first due to all my information being in the system precluding the need to go through all that again. The dealership: Classic represents 7 other brands in addition to my Ford. They do not add anything extra to any vehicle of any brand. If it isn't on the Monroney sticker it isn't on the vehicle and it isn't added-in to the price. They are honest. A rarity among dealerships. Jeff Pennington: Jeff is an interesting guy. He knows his stuff. I don't think I've been able to come up with a question he couldn't answer. He takes the time to go over things carefully and completely. He makes sure you are good with everything. He's not there to sell you a car. He's there to help you buy a car. A distinct difference hopefully everyone can understand. Zero pressure. Zero games. Just straightforward honest interchange. Debbie McDowell: Debbie is a super nice lady. Man does she know her job. She makes it painless to buy a car. I rated everything "very good" as that was the highest offered by dealerrater. Every one of those categories and these people and this dealership deserve an EXCELLENT rating. HIGHLY recommend seeing Jeff at Classic for help with a Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Honda or Toyota. HIGHLY recommended.
