Thanks for your help though the years.

Thanks for your help though the years. Daniel and Kaitlyn are great. Give them raises to keep them in the company. I will ask them the next time I have service and if they haven’t gotten raises my rating next time may not be as good

2 hour wait, they lost one of my tire caps where you air

2 hour wait, they lost one of my tire caps where you air up the tire, they didn’t have my paperwork ready because the woman went to lunch.and it appears they don’t do courtesy was/vacuum like they said they do on my first visit. I only go here because of my warranty services.

Had a appointment for warranty work.

Had a appointment for warranty work. Daniel the service manager was informative and knowledgeable on getting the parts ordered. Was in at 08:15 and out by 10:47. Have been coming to Dick Smith Nissan for years and will continue to do so.
