Oil change prices increased w/o prior warning & reward

Oil change prices increased w/o prior warning & reward points not properly accumulating. No snacks for waiters. I’ve been coming there since 2020 for services but it’s apparently time to shop around. An oil change should not cost what Nissan charges. They forgot to put the sticker from the oil change in the window. I returned to get it and a dark haired female (not the real slender one the chunkier one) asked if she could help and once she found out I just needed sticker she made me wait til another employee got off the phone. That wasted 15 minutes and additional gas bc it wasn’t done up front. Why did I have to wait if she wasn’t helping anyone and the male employee was?

I had asked if they would check and see if there was a

I had asked if they would check and see if there was a nail or something causing a slow lwak in one tire, I never saw the technition who did the oil change and rotation. So I still don't know. Also after waiting over 2 hours, I went to the place to pay and asked if someone tells me when the car is ready. she looked through the basket and found my paperwork under several papers.. No telling how long it had been finished. I have never waited on my car at other dealerships that didn't tell you when it was done. Also the paperwork said a tire needed to be replaced - which one? They all have only 10000 miles and good tread. The code (CD) isn't helpful.

Radiator is loose.

Radiator is loose. I also did not receive my reward points after multiple attempts to contact management!
