Don't come here, please take your business anywhere else. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0, I WOULD!! The customer of this place is in xxxx!! I had my car towed into the location the night before for a 7 am appointment. I had to call them around 10 to figure out what was happening. At first, they claimed they didn't have my car at all on the lot so then I had to call the tow man to confirm he dropped it off. No one called to say they found my car, I had to call several times to find the person who had my key. At this point, its 1 pm and I finally got in contact with my service agent and nothing had been done to the car. My service agent Terrion Crooks claims he was given the key this morning but didn't work on it or pass it to another agent who could begin my service. Instead, he told me he had other people ahead of me. Again my appointment was at 7 am and now it's 2 pm, and still no services were provided. DO NOT COME TO FORD HENNESSY. DON'T DO IT! WORSE LOCATION EVER!!

If you want a no pressure experience I highly recommend

If you want a no pressure experience I highly recommend working with Jordan Wilkins. I’ve been shopping for a Branco Sport for a few weeks and he has been great to work with. I absolutely hate car shopping but really appreciate Jordan’s approach.

Awful experience.

Awful experience. Purchased a CPO vehile over 3 months ago and the dealership still will not provide a title. I have to constantly text or email to get an update, and I feel like Im starting over everytime. I have no faith that a title will ever be delivered.

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership with the assistance of Daniel Jacena as the salesperson and other wonderful staff. First, the car is wonderful and just as represented in every way. As a person always reluctant to buy a used car, much less one from a dealership, I could not be more pleased. Everyone was honest, helpful, extremely courteous (especially Daniel), not at all pushy and great to work with. Grateful that I found Daniel and have had such a good experience!

Have been buying cars for about 4 decades and this is the among the best experiences I've had. Jordan Wilkins is a highly knowledgeable sales rep and truly made the car buying experience a smooth effort. Our timeline for a new vehicle was accelerated due to our car being totaled taking our position from "wanting" to buy a new car to "have" to buy a new car - that's a whole different stress. Jordan is a true professional, extremely polite and courteous, very easy to talk to and offered absolutely no sales pitch or pressure. One key note, he drove our new vehicle approximately 1.5 hours to our town so I could surprise my wife - good luck with other sales persons/dealerships doing the same. He is an excellent representation for Henessy Ford and others in this industry could learn a lot from this young man. For what it's worth, if you're looking for a car, I highly recommend visiting Henessy Ford and making contact with Jordan.

What can I say other than what an AWESOME experience I

What can I say other than what an AWESOME experience I had as a customer at Hennessy Ford Lincoln of Atlanta. From beginning to end, pre- and post-sale, the attentiveness to my transportation needs, etc. were evident by the care, concern, and courtesy in all regards extended by the entire Hennessy team. It all started with Crista McMullen, my sales consultant, who was a delight to work with from go. She was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in my quest for a vehicle, along with a dash patience. Of course, I have to also give special thanks to Ali, Carlos, and Tim who, along with Crista, made it happen for me in my purchase of a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport - Heritage Edition--my dream ride! I simply cannot say enough great things about my experience at Hennessy Ford Lincoln of Atlanta. The overall process was unlike any other vehicle purchase experience I have ever had in that it was easy, simple, quick. They did not try to sell me something I did not want--they actually listened to me. My service advisor, Carmen, was great.

My service advisor, Carmen, was great. Informative and communicative. Read on. The service department, however, took months to look at my car. They let the battery die completely and when they gave my car back to me, it had a new engine light on. Imagine a scenario where a customer gives you their car with a working battery and no engine light on, and you give it back to them with a completely dead battery and an engine light issue. That's my experience at Hennessy Ford. Hoping for the part of the story where they step up to correct a wrong? Joe Beneke and the senior service team looked at my situation and decided the best course of action was to offer to do absolutely nothing for me. If your Ford needs a repair, you should act in your best interests and take it anywhere else but here. If you make the mistake of trusting these people with your car, you will end up with less money and a car in worse condition than when you brought it in. That is who this team is, and that is how they do business.
