I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced. Received a phone call the night before my morning appointment and was told that it would be 48-72 hours before a tech would be able to look at my car and wanted to make sure I was okay with leaving my car over the weekend. I cannot do within my car and they had no loaner that I could use while my car sat in their lot! I ended up canceling my appointment. What is the point of having an appointment if you aren’t going to look at my car for days later? HORRIBLE customer service. How about you call me when you can get my cat in to be looked at?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The BIGGEST regret I have is purchasing a car form Hennessey Lincoln Atlanta! Empty promises made to make the sale. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A complementary vehicle was promised to be available for cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed on our "New to Us" Lincoln Navigator. My husband made the two hour drive (one hour there and one hour back) not once, but twice. They didn't have the promised complementary car for either of our schedule appointments. Two days off of work and over 4 hours in the car...one would think they would prioritize assisting us with issues they promised would be corrected. Instead, they quit answering phone calls and text. I had to go around them and schedule a complementary car on my own to get them to call me back. We bought the car in December, the car didn't get seen until February and only because I wouldn't let them dismiss me just because the sale was done. There is also a transmission issue with the car. Their mechanic confirmed it and then, all of the sudden, the issue went away and I was called to come back and pick up my car. Even though they are supposed to return my vehicle to me and pick up the complementary car with that service. Figures. When I finally got my car back, the issue with the transmission is still here! I will have to take it to another dealership to actually get someone to CARE about us and help us have a safe and reliable vehicle. Bottom line, if you want to be disappointed over and over again, purchase your vehicle from Hennessy Lincoln Atlanta.

Great dealer for your custom order!
Worked with Ced Thatch in Sales on a truck order. Although I was unable to purchase due to my financial situation he was great to deal with through the whole process. The ordering process was quick and easy. Pricing was very good and my sales rep was very responsive throughout the wait anytime I had any questions. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to order a truck or SUV even from out of state. This is a big dealer with lots to choose from and a solid office team to help with your purchase.

Absolutely disappointed
Zero would be my perfect score for this place. On Saturday, October 29th, around 4:30 pm, I came to this site to ask questions and look at some trucks. The first thing I told the sales agent was that I needed a basic truck and was only looking at prices because I wanted to give a down payment, but I wasn't ready yet. The agent was friendly, and after asking a few questions, he showed me a 2019 truck with 30k miles. I told him that I liked it but would like to wait because I wanted to give the money to have lower monthly payments. The agent said to me that we could check the credit and that he could sell me the car with O down if, in the end, the difference would be minimal, and it was better to have the money in my pocket. I emphasized to him several times and even asked him because I knew it was the end of October, and if by chance the payment did not suit me, I would like to see other options, and he told me there was no problem that everything was fine. After checking my credit and asking me if my partner wanted to co-sign, he came to where we were and told us that it was very busy, that it was Saturday, that the bank was closed, and that we should wait until Monday. On Monday around noon, I received a call asking for 1000 dollars more for the down payment on top of what I had told him at the beginning. My response was to explain everything he had told me and even had my credit checked. I received two or three calls between yesterday and today telling me that I will take the car if I give the money. They are not professional at all. It is worth mentioning that I have a stable income, and although my credit is not perfect, it is not bad either, and it is unfair because for a few points, your credit can change from excellent to good, to fair, and to Bad and that can affect me to buy a car elsewhere now.

We've been an all-Ford family for 15+ years, and bought our latest new Ford from Hennesey Ford in Atlanta. What a mistake. The only thing they did well was to sell us the over-priced new 2022 Ford Explorer that only they had during the pandemic. We've worked well with four greater-Atlanta dealerships for more than 20 years. Every one of them except Hennesey Ford has provided excellent support. More than a year later, we're still waiting for some of the accessories that they sold us - and they refuse to reply and to refund our money. Run, don't walk, away from this dealership.

I hope that this review will help someone. On September 3, 2022, My husband and I bought a 2022, 2- Door Bronco from this dealership. If there was a (-0) rating, they would have gotten it. I had a great experience the day of the sale. However, they failed to disclose pertinent information pertaining to the sale, and lied to their benefit. When it was brought to their attention, in an attempt to cover their actions or lack of, I was shifted off to several people, who tried their best to keep the lies going but they suck at it. My original sales person was Carl Lane, with Jonathan as the financial guy. Clearly Carl was the fall guy for the inconsistencies and dishonest practices. During the process, I was shifted off to different people to help substantiate an facilitate the dishonesty. In addition to my sales person, I worked with Dale, Jeremy, Carlos and Tim in different capacities. I decided to place a formal complaint with the Managing director, Mr. Zack Warner. Although he acknowledged and apologized for our less than stellar experience, he was unwilling to offer any satisfaction or compensation. It seems to be a lying culture at this location, lacking in integrity and seems open to dishonest practices. It is my hope that if you are, or will consider this as your choice location to purchase any vehicle, be aware of these practices.

Made an apppointment for recall work weeks (maybe more than a month) in advance--at the time of appointment I specified the work to be done. Brought in truck for work at appointment time and was told they need to keep truck 72 hours to do work. Would have been nice to know this in advance, then I could have arranged my schedule to leave it with them that long. Since I had already planned to be out of town the next day I couldn't leave it. I wasted an hour taking my truck to and from Hennessy and my wife also wasted an hour in a separate vehicle because we were going to leave the truck for a day--just not three days. It would be nice to receive an apology from the service manager and the dealership manager for the major inconvenience since no work was done. I guess the service advisor who actually waited on me did the best he could do since the service manager to whom I was originally assigned for the appointment was in a meeting.
