Johnnie Lam was very transparent, easy to work with, and the entire process at Campbell Nissan was easy to navigate. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Highly Recommended

8 months ago, I was looking for a new place to have my car serviced. The dealership I had my car from did not even informed that I have 10 free services yet, they charge me every time I get my car serviced. I was just trying to find the fastest way I can get my car serviced and Campbell Nissan of Edmonds was able to assist me the same day. I am glad I went there because not just that I was able to service my car but they also informed that I have 10 services that’s already been paid for. I appreciate them a lot for that. Now, that car’s lease is just about to end I tried to find options for end of lease. I am absolutely in no shape for me to be even able to finance my car if I want to but, they did not just gave up. I was treated very fairly! My last option was to just surrender it but they worked with my case hard enough for me to be able to have a vehicle to drive that better fits my budget and needs. I am really grateful for the time they spent. The staff member that helped me that day was John Kelch. I am highly satisfied of what I was able to drive.

Un-be-LEAF-able deal

Great Buying Experience

We had a very positive experience purchasing a new Free Bird camper van at Campbell. Our salesperson, Johnnie L, was refreshingly easy to work with and consistently helpful. We are enjoying the vehicle and appreciate its simple, focused design.

Great Experience

I was looking for a Rogue Sport and Brad helped me by answering questions and being very knowledgeable about the car. He offered to have me test drive and I loved the car. He was never pushy, was transparent with the final cost and was so friendly we enjoyed chatting! It was such a good experience I went back the next morning to purchase it. Part of a good deal is WHO you do business with and Brad definitely made it a great buying experience!

Johnnie Lamm Sales Review

Johnnie Lamm was an excellent salesman. I came to him on August 22, 2020 for a used Nissan, and he sold me right away with his passion and knowledge of what would work best given my situation. He’s a really sociable, fun and down to earth guy that is great at what he does. I would highly recommend that people meet with him when looking for a new/used car.

Brad has been an awesome sales agent! He’s so quick and efficient to process our purchase and request. He took care of us even during weekends. He made a follow up check on us making sure if everything is good to go. We will surely recommend him as a salesperson to our family and friends. He is so dependable.

Purchasing a new car

We filled out a True Car application and although we didn't request them they contacted us first. The salesman Matt Reynolds seemed really eager to sell a car at first. We told him we did not need to come in to test drive we just wanted to iron out a price. I asked him for their best price and he said he would need to speak with his manager and he would get back. He never did. The next day I called again to speak with the sales manager to see what happened. His name was BC and he told me he was aware of us and if we wanted the price we could look it up on line. He said "he didn't understand what I was asking" so I told him that Matt had told us he would find out the best price they could do on the car. He again told me it was online if I wanted it. I said good bye and hung up. We had 3 other dealerships really wanting to sell us a car and this one just didn't seem interested. Maybe they have sold all the cars they need to. I wish them good luck with salesman and managers like that the owners are going to need it.

I read the previous reviews before going to this location, and I must add... I was not in the least bit disappointed. John Kelch made purchased my Murano Platinum ‘easy peasy ‘. The staff were courteous and not overbearing when looking at vehicles, the facility was immaculate, even the restroom. I would highly recommend coming here. I just moved here from Georgia and John even took the time to abreast my husband and I to wonderful places to visit. Thanks Campbell Nissan, and thanks most of all to John Kelch.
