    What do you do when your car breaks down just as your favorite, trusty, long-time, go-to, amazingly-awesome service advisor heads out the door on a well-deserved... vacation? Well, when you are lucky enough to have been assisted by Danny Talamantes at Galpin Mazda, you definitely choose to wait - going without transportation and even changing your holiday weekend plans as I did - because you know that there simply is no substitute for his exceptional service. Painstakingly thorough and attentive, Danny has ever been the very definition of incomparable care. He set high standards for my service expectations long ago and has never failed to meet them in the more than thirteen years since. In fact, he somehow manages to exceed them. Upon his return, my service experience was even better than expected - not only completely stress-free, but altogether pleasant. As always, Danny was absolutely worth the wait!

    I recently took my 2018 Kia Stinger here for service (I purchased at Galpin Kia before it closed down and they are referring Kia owners here for service).... I dropped it off at 1:30pm and was told it would be 60-90 minutes so I decided to walk down the street and grab lunch. An hour later I was back in the service waiting area. Two hours after I left my car and I'm told it will be another 5 minutes, 30 minutes later the service advisor asks me why I don't have my car yet. another 30 minutes and I'm told "we have a problem with your car, ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAS TAKEN IT!!!!" Seriously!!! Apparently they had done paperwork, handed over the key, the guy had walked over to my car, driven to the exit which has a guard that scans your VIN and cross checks it before he lifts the arm for you to drive out. They said they had called him threatening to call the police and much later that they spoke with him and he was 15-20 minutes away. About 4:30pm after nearly two hours, and 67 miles of joyriding, my car is returned. A 20 something kid gets out and I go off (my car has 3800 miles on it ALL driven by me), he just stands there and repeats "sorry" to every comment I make. The service manager starts backing him up saying 'he was confused', 'he made a mistake'. He took a Silver Stinger when he dropped off a white mazda!!!! The service manager tells me 'obviously we'll give you a tank of gas to make things right' (no joke). So I am now going over every inch of the car inside and out and the kid and manager walk away. Next thing I see the kid driving off in his car, security opens the gate and they let him go. I have NO IDEA what was done in, with or to my car during the time he had it. I would advise anyone planning on using this place to think very carefully because they do not take care of your property. Be warned!

Next thing I see the kid driving off in his car, security opens the gate and they let him go. I have NO IDEA what was done in, with or to my car during the time he had it. I would advise anyone planning on using this place to think very carefully because they do not take care of your property. Be warned!

    We were looking for a new car with affordable rate of payment. David Abdullaev was the right guy to approach, he explained all of the comforts of the new... 2018 Mazda CX-5 and helped us to get this pretty car with the lowest rate of interest. Over all this was a great experience to see all of the dealership recommended cars.

    I have leased 5 cars thru Galpin Mazda....I am ALWAYS taken care of and supported. From the time I walk into reception until i have picked out my new car....Tony... Mc Gilcrist helped me lease my 1st Mazda 3....and he has helped me with every lease since...he is kind and patient and knowledgeable...he NEVER makes me feel rushed or hurried ...He has even helped my sister and mother with their car needs...I guess you could say he is part of the family....     I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch.... He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.

    This is not the first time I purchase or lease a car from Galpin. Our family always comes here and always request Miguel Lopez @galpinmotors @galpinmazda... @galpinhonda as he makes our purchase so efficient by requesting all necessary info and docs ahead of our visit. In a matter of a couple of hours we are pretty much in and out compared to other car purchasing experiences. Ask for him; he will not disappoint :)

    Wife is recovering from her wreck ���� and finally able to get her into her new replacement car with my high school and college bud Miguel Lopez ���� at... @galpinmazda @galpinmotors @galpinautosports. This is my 3rd car lease or purchase through him as it’s always so smooth, easy and definitely will work to get the best deal in Southern California. He knew that we were in a time crunch to get back to my sons Sport Awards ceremony and made it all happen to get us there in time. Look for him or call me for his contact info.
