Arrived at the location to find out that they do not sell vehicles unless you buy them out right. Very disappointed. The gentleman working wasn't very friendly or kind in letting me down and telling me that after 31years that they no longer finance in house or at all.

Never again

Would never go back as they do not refund your deposit which I have never heard of in my years of buying cars. Poor practice in my eyes and to me is a way of taking money from hard worki g people without just cause. Do not recommend !

Sold us a lemon.

We bought a 2004 Volvo from this dealership, they claimed it had no issues and had been in no accidents and it was a completely fine car. We spent 10,000 dollars after buying it from the dealership for various problems that occurred in a few days after buying it. Essentially, they sold us a lemon - and according to some reviews we didn't see before, they do this all the time. They wouldn't even attempt to assist us after buying the car from them - even if it was a few days after buying it.

Car broke down same night

We purchased a truck from here last night before they closed. We test drove around the block seemed fine. Mike assured the only thing wrong was the spark plugs and he would replace for free on Monday when his mechanics were back in for us if we purchase the truck. We spent a lot of hard earned money on this truck only to drive home and have the truck stall and start having issues shutting off, etc. They were closed last night by this point therefore I called first thing after they opened today to let them know we just purchased and it has only been overnight. My husband called and spoke to Mike who helped us last night, he said we would need to bring in on Monday to look at but would have to pay for repairs of any as car was sold as-is. I called back and Veronica informed Mike was busy and that we could not return the car and get our money back as we paid in full because they “do not do that” and that they don’t offer replacement vehicles either. I asked to speak with the owner to which she informed wasn’t in and she couldn’t reach him or force him to call me. She told me to come in on Monday. I advised we did not want to bring in a couple of days as we are a working family and now without this car. I informed we wanted help right away since we’ve been ripped off before too much time has passed and cannot drive car. I asked for owners name to which she said it was against the law to give his full name but she could tell me he was “Ben” and she could have someone call me back. We will be returning today in hopes of having this rectified! This is a terrible way to treat hard working people. Mike told us last night he makes a lot more money during tax season and I’m sure to them it’s all about money and not what’s morally right at this point! Please listen to us and go elsewhere do not Spend your hard earned money!!!!

Untrustworthy

I bought a used car last week and after nearly $800 in repairs, including a broken axle, I am now on the side of 275 waiting for a tow truck.

Horrible!

Lies lies lies! Don't believe anything they tell you about the vehicle you're interested in on their lot. Demand to take it to a trusted mechanic or don't buy it. It's a shame you can't trust people anymore. Sold me a vehicle within the past week and turns out it needs over $1000 of mechanical work to run properly. Less than 24 hours after purchase I called back and complained and they refused to take it back. Buyers beware! What you see is what you get. The owner is a complete xxxxxxxx and won't even give you his time. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else!
