I was researching my first EV and wanted a 21-23 used
I was researching my first EV and wanted a 21-23 used model as my first one. During my research I noticed Price Pro was the only dealer within 150 miles that had a large selection and would allow me to test drive what I wanted. We wanted to test them with a booster seat so we could test my son's comfort in the back seat with it and they were very accommodating of us. We drove 100 miles to test drive these vehicles and I am very grateful that Price Pro was so great to work with. I did not end up making a purchase that day but I wold absolutely feel comfortable with buying a preowned EV from them in the future. There is no pressure to buy right away.

I found this vehicle online and figured it was worth
I found this vehicle online and figured it was worth looking at in person for the price that was advertised. I spoke with Brandon a couple time before taking a day off from work to check it out (3 hours away). The vehicle was up front and ready to go when my wife and I got there. Brandon was an excellent person to work with and I was a bit unprepared for the “low pressure” salesmanship of the dealership. Their pricing, quality, and selection do the sales part I guess. After the test drive we decided to purchase the vehicle. We were in the process of moving personal effects into the vehicle when the engine light came on. I don’t remember the name of the technician that scanned the code, but he let me see the scan, which effectively said the high-pressure fuel pump was at issue. Brandon said to go for lunch, and they would try to sort out the problem. I was somewhat expecting the code to be flashed and cleared and to be sent on our way. I decided that unless they said the fuel pump needs to be replaced and it will take them some time, I was not going to go any farther with the purchase. Turns out that is exactly what Brandon said. I went back two weeks later and finished the purchase and drove the vehicle home. I have only put on about 400 miles so far, but I am pleased with the vehicle. Used cars have issues, but when I find a salesman and dealership that earn my trust, I will stick with them. Integrity and character do the right thing and treat people right when something goes wrong. Brandon and his team did just that in my opinion.

Found later that whole front end was wrecked and
Found later that whole front end was wrecked and replaced. Should have had wrecked title but came from Florida so maybe they have different rules there. Did not bother to even run the windshield washer hoses to the front. Tires terrible and one rim needed to be replaced. Only plus is they give you the electric tax credit so you don't have to wait for it. Will no negotiate price.

Very poor.
Very poor. I called an hour ahead to make sure the car was available to test drive.. When I arrived, they handed me the keys and I walked out to far end of the parking lot. The car had snow on all the windows and the wipers front and back were frozen solid to the windshield. I didn't think I needed to bring my own snow scraper. I returned the car keys without test driving. The next dealership I visited had the car all cleaned off, and ready to go. I think they have nice cars at good prices, but their customer service for sales could use some improvements.
