Lied to me about what was wrong with the car Claimed was easy 02 sensor in its actually 2 separate codes for emissions not one code

Worst experience after a year my car turn junk and I’m left with the loan still outstanding I don’t think it’s a good place to ever go they know the car was going to be junk

Took 6300 for a deposit. Car wasn't ready. After two weeks of driving back and forth because calls wern't being returned and voicemail box full the Police got involved. They gave the deposit back and the check was no good.

This is the worst dealership going. They false advertise. They Treat you like a piece of dirt. The place is a dump and very unprofessional. They promised the car I wanted to see was there and put a hold on it for me. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and the car wasn't even there. They could have cared less. worst experience ever!! Do not go here you will regret it

Sold me a lemon. Wouldn't refund and had to harass them to fix the bare minimum. It was so bad I couldn't get it to pass the state inspection. Problem after problem. They don't stand behind anything they sell. Stay away! Learn from my mistake!

I bought this car on March 11, 2019. It slipped out of gear, and oil was fuming into the car because of a leaking gasket. George is a nightmare to deal with. He still has my 1450 deposit and owes me my first car payment. Plus 150 for a failed inspection. I told him I wanted the car vetted and he said I'm canceling your contract with the bank. He basically stole my car and now I have to pursue legal action. He has a terrible rating with the BBB and has been in court 30 times last year and 6 this year for unfair and deceptive practice against a consumer. He steals your money and walks. Total xxxxxxxx!

Would not give 1 star but i guess you have to. I went to their Canton, MA location. It is a dump. Had a erie feeling just pulling in. Go to YELP and read all reviews. Bad place. Of course the car they advertised is NOT THERE....sold the day before. How hard is it to go onto your own website and click "DELETE" ? Kind of glad car wasn't there now after reading all the negative reviews. They seem to have locations everywhere. By the way, where is the shinny showroom floor where the pics of their cars are taken ? It doesn't exist ! All FAKE ! Also don't fall for their Lifetime Warranty. Even if it were true, it's only good for their lifetime and from the readings I see, it should be soon to expire ! Stay away from these scammers

They will try to cheat you on your trade in, they will not respond to specific questions, only ask you to to keep calling them, will try to sell you cars with major problems that you won't know about unless you get them inspected first and then when you point out the issues they don't care. I was willing to negotiate to fix the issues on my own but they were having none of it and I don't trust their service department. Wouldn't replace cracked windshield, only repair. Car would not pass inspection if I were to but it. Avoid like the plague!

went to look at a 4runner, not only did nobody prepare the car for me,( i called ahead) they couldn’t find the car, after finally seeing the car which was in terrible condition, the salesman told me that issues such as the rear trunk not opening, and alarm (aftermarket) going off randomly was totally normal. i decided to see what they could do for a price and i was told they were “ not going to adjust the price since it’s such an in demand car” ya whatever. then the sales manager told me my car was “ of no value to him” and as a favor he would toss me 200 bucks.... granted my car is worth 6k on kbb under trade in which isn’t a lot but i expected 2k on offer. after that, waiting for an hour, the terrible service the terrible car condition and attitude it was finally closing time and i made the 2 hour drive home

Bought a bmw from them and had nothing but problems. Asked for a refund and was literally told to go F$&@ myself. Fixed some of the issues but refused to give me an invoice. Worst dealer ever and I’m stuck with this crappy car.
