Stopped in about a few vehicles, no one came out to help me. I took it upon myself to get the assistance I needed (walking into the office and not one person offered their assistance). I was able to test drive a few cars and did a credit app, which I was told I will here from someone on Monday. Yeah, that did happen, although I kept getting emails and voicemails about my interest in their cars. I called the office to speak of the overall outcome of my app, but had to leave a detailed message on a voicemail and requesting a for a call back of the status of my attentive deal with them (5 days ago).

I would recommend this place to anyone. Was able to purchase a good car, at a good price, fast service, and professional agents that meet your needs. Honest and good staff here.

Empire Motors from the start was able to provide me with a beautiful new car and get it registered the way I needed it to be. Smooth service. The staff was very professional, patient and courteous throughout.

Stay away from this scambags they sell lemon cars. They'll claim their cars are fully serviced by the best technician. Its a LIE, their technician didn't discover a rip in the back seat by my 66 years old mother could. The car Audi A6 i bought from them had a check engine light a week after i bought it for a tune up and they wont honor warranty tho they claim the car have been fully serviced crap. They still want me to pay for tune up on a car that i only had for a week. Stay far away unless you'd be in the problem i am in arguing over warranty coverage on a car i only had for a week.

If you want to get an accurate review of this establishment, go to google or yelp. I bought a vehicle from them and it has been nothing but a nightmare for me. Check out the other reviews from GOOGLE or YELP. I'm not the only one with problems from them.

I had a wonderful experience buying my Acura MDX from the moment I arrived, test drive, paperwork, introducing all the features and pick up the car at the end. I will refer my friend to Empire Motors and ask for Alex. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the veliches on the lot.

Just purchased a great Suburban from here. Everyone was great very nice, helpful, fast (had our car in 2days ready to go with plates and sicker) and not over hovering like most used dealers. They let you looking around the lot on your own and they are there if you should have any questions. if you see something you like you just let one of them know and they put a plate on it for you. I loved this as I hate when dealers are all over you when you are looking. Our truck runs great no issues or anything. Anything we have needed has not been a problem and was taking care of right away. One thing we did not tell them is that my husband was a transmission mech. for over 10 years (we have a family business) so when we test drove several trucks he knew what to look/listen for when driving and also as you test drive without the sales rep. he was able to stop and look the whole truck over top to bottom. Not sure who is putting up all the neg. reviews but they are not correct this dealer is the great. It is a very busy dealer cars seem to move fast on the lot. Every time we were there the lot was always full of people buying/looking at cars. Everything we seen online was in the lot also. I?m a customer I know from the other reviews you may think I?m not but I am.Go and check them out and you will see my review is right on point don?t let the other people fool you.

I had a great experience at Empire Motors. Before I came in I dealt with Daisy of several email exchanges. She was a delight to work with and was always very prompt and always got me the information I asked for. Alex provided me with excellent professional service and I bought a car from him.
