Came in to the Palmetto 57 VW dealership on Mar 15 to test drive the new 2020 VW Sport Atlas SE/Tech package. Loved the vehicle. There was one we were particular interesting in due to its color combination. We set down in the sales person office to receive an outrage monthly lease offer. The offer was so high as I would pay almost 75% of the vehicle value in the 36 months lease term. I was asked to make a counter offer. I was in shock, and my response why I would give you any business. Stop taking advantage of the customers. Treat them right the first time.

I had the most horrible experience at Palmetto57. I got hit with hefty hidden fees after I leased my Jetta even though I was reassured that there wouldn't be. I tried calling multiple times and left multiple messages and NOONE had the decency of returning my calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone.
