    Put a deposit on a truck while so I could straighten out financing. Dealership sold the truck to someone else before deal could be finished. No loyalty... to customers. Stay away, there are much better dealerships. If this place has your dream vehicle, find it elsewhere!

    Hello Chris. Thank you for the feedback. Our Sales Management team did refund your deposit in full and offer to get you the same truck when you were r...eady. Unfortunately, we cannot hold a $56,305 truck and make custom modifications to it with a $750 deposit. The most we can hold a vehicle with a deposit is 48 business hours. We did hold your truck from Saturday, October 12th until Saturday, October 26th. In the meantime, you could not provide us with a date you could secure financing. We refunded your deposit with no penalty to you even though our dealership incurred $150 per day holding costs on the truck. We want to help your purchase a Silverado, but we cannot place perpetual hold on a vehicle. If you want the same deal on the that truck then please give us a call to finalize the transaction.

    I had a very unpleasant experience with Copeland Chevrolet in Brockton, Massachusetts that I would like to share. Buyer Beware! Thursday, October 24th,... 2019 ??? I located a used vehicle for sale via the Copeland Chevrolet website that I was interested in. I submitted an online inquiry to confirm vehicle availability. I then received an e-mail confirmation of my request. Next I received a phone call from Raina. She provided verbal confirmation the vehicle was still available. She then said she would have a member of the sales team reach out to me. No one from the sales team contacted me. Friday, October 25th, 2019 ??? After receiving no response from a member of the sales team, I made another inquiry about the vehicle, this time via the online chat feature on the website. I provided my information and the agent told me they would have a member of the sales team reach out to me with next steps. No one from the sales team contacted me. Saturday, October 26th, 2019 ??? I received a phone call from Raina. She asked me if anyone from the sales team had reached out to me. I told her no and that I was beginning to think it was personal. She then transferred me to William Smith who invited me down to the dealership. We confirmed a time for noon and he told me to ask for Mr. Buchanan when I arrived. ??? I arrived earlier than expected at 11:30AM. I proceeded to the reception desk and provided my name to the receptionist. I then told her that I had an appt. with Mr. Buchanan. The receptionist told me Mr. Buchanan was busy helping other customers and to go have a seat in the waiting area, which I did. ??? While in the waiting area, I e-mailed Raina at 11:30AM that I had arrived earlier than expected. ??? I waited in the waiting area until 1:30PM. Not a single member of the Copeland Chevrolet staff offered to assist me or check if I was being helped. ??? After two hours of waiting, I departed the dealership. It is my sincere hope that no other customer is treated in this manner. I left Copeland Chevrolet feeling disrespected, disregarded, and not worth their time or effort. A very unpleasant customer experience indeed.

    Had a flat tire, they fixed the leak, but when I drove at highway speeds I noticed a vibration. Told Copeland and they mentioned that they were having... a problem with their wheel balancing machines. After re-balancing the tire, it rides perfect again!

    I was very sad leaving Copeland. On Sunday I was all excited to get the car I wanted. We pulled in and started looking at 2019 Blazers. Great no one... was pushy, found exactly what I wanted and the perfect color. Motive a salesman on the side of the building on the phone, figured he'd finish his call and walk over, no just walked in the building. Meanwhile my husband goes in to use the bathroom and walks by 5 people just standing around talking. Come back out and not one person said can I help you. We decide no one id's going to come out so wer walk into the building and speak to the receptionist, tell her we know what car we would like to look at and could we please get some help. She tells us she will get someone and there is a blazer right there in the showroom, to look inside. We take a look, still no one approaches us. We walk back to the receptionist and she informs us that it will be a few minutes for someone to help us. There were 3 people just standing talking and shooting the xxxx. 2 sales people were helping others and doing their job but the others clearly make enough money and were not looking to make a sale. We walked out got in our car and left ! If they act like this when you actually want to purchase a vehicle, can't imagine what the rest of the process would be like. Totally disappointed and will take my money elsewhere.

    Realized today that my sticker had expired. Messaged the dealership and they told me to "come on down and we'll take care of you". Left immediately and... they took me right in when I got there. Little while later my sticker was done and I was on my way. Nothing, but great experiences I've had with the Copeland dealership family!

    I recently visited 5 Chevy dealers and Geoffrey stood out among all other salesperson I met with. He made you feel comfortable immediately without an aggressive... sales pitch to win me over and no cheesy sales pitches begging what it will take to buy from him today. He was knowledgeable but not cocky, calm throughout the entire process(even when I may have been a little difficult working the numbers to where we both were hoping to be at) and has a great personality. When it came down to it my wife and I had a number we both felt we needed to be at. Another dealer did go "all in" to win us over but my experience with them in the past was they had a terrible service department and once I purchased a vehicle from them they would never care what happens once I drive off. Yes, I would have saved myself a little money going with the competitor(approx. $1000 or less as apples to apples car comparison difficult to compare). It was Geoffrey most of all that won me over to buy from Copeland Chevey
