Package charged at $1999 was not delivered and salesmen
Package charged at $1999 was not delivered and salesmen and finance manager argued and told me it was part and was already attached - Abner and Andrew are no longer responding after i advised them that none of the package charged was delivered -no tinting ,no door protection- They want me to come back but refuse to remove the ovecharge and blames it on me for not wanting to drive an hour north - Just ship me what you owe me and give me a credit for tinting - Abner and Andrew are arguing that i should come in even though toyota north miami lied about whats in the package -also escalated to Toyota USA these individuals for price gouging -Worst dealership even as per BBB -You have really destroyed Toyotas name- First thing i did was to remove your unapproved advertising from my tag -No one should buy from you - You dont list a single person i had to deal with -Well you dont list those that are horrible and its required so you all get 0

I came to this dealership to check out some options and Hector Soto was the guy helping me. He was great at identifying my needs and wants in a new vehicle. But once the other managers got involved (one of whom is named Tony?) I got overwhelmed and needed to walk away. Well the managers got an attitude and really turned up the pressure by trying to belittle me. Hector was the one who was tried to be understanding. His thoughtfulness is the only reason I came back to this dealership a week later (with my dad as back up to deal with the managers), and I drove away with my Corolla! If it wasn't for him, I probably would have walked away with something I couldn't afford and didn't want. Thanks Hector!

My first experience at the toyota dealer licated in north miami was top of the line. Since the moment i arrived David Santana one of the agent at this location approached me with smile, his service was exceptional until the end, the rest of tbe staff also very professional. Nice experience overall !!
After a huge research I decided to purchase a used Toyota Prius Under the Uber Financial Program, Mr Abner Elidor is in charge of the Uber Financial program and after spending a lot of time working the deal with the banks Because my credit is horrible I was able to buy the car, Only four stars because the whole process had a tense Moments and some bumpy situations due to the frustration of the sales team trying to find an approval ( this is the short story). but at the end of the day they apologies and they make it happens, Overall experience was Very good. I would recommend Mr Abner 100%.
