I had been looking for a car for my wife for a while and actually stopped by Reynold's Automotive twice, months apart, in my search. The first time I met Todd, the second time I met Scott. Both are proprietors of the business. While I didn't find the right car for me on the first trip, I was impressed and kept an eye out on their inventory. When a great car popped up in their inventory, I took my family out there to check it out. Scott was great and easy - just let us take the car for a test ride and he stayed behind. The car, a 2010 Mazda CX-7, turned out to be the right car for us. The car was loaded, with AWD, leather, turbo, and pretty much all the options. I needed to get a great deal on the car for it to be in my price range, and I was able to get a great deal at Reynold's. I was hesitant to buy a pre-owned vehicle from a smaller establishment and not a major dealer. However, these guys have their heads on tight and are doing it the right way it seems. They have major dealer experience but put it all on the line to go it alone. It feels good to buy from them and keep money in a local and growing business. I was always impressed with their inventory. From what I saw, Reynold's has very clean cars and they all come with vehicle history report so there are no surprises. While I've only had the CX-7 for a short time, there have been no surprises with it and it is great. I would definitely recommend prospective purchasers to at least take a look. Customer service was great from start to finish. They also work with banks to offer financing and I got locked in at a lower rate than my bank pre-approved me for.

Todd was really great to work with. The car I got was excellent for the price purchased. I will definitely be back when I need to buy another vehicle.

Scott was a lot of help and very friendly. I was in very much of a hurry to purchase a vehicle and Scott treated me as a normal and did not take advantage of my situation. I am very satisfied with Reynolds Automotive and impressed with their staff.
