The dealership I do recommend but I do NOT recommend the...

The dealership I do recommend but I do NOT recommend the service department. The service department is so slow and always takes a lot longer than what I’m told. I go there to get my oil changes due to the free ones that come with the purchase of a vehicle. My truck has a recall on it and I will not be going there to get it done. Then when I got in my truck when it was finally done there was oil on my center console and on the inside door handle. I started to go inside to say something but just turned around and cleaned it up myself. I just didn’t want to be there any longer.

Usually very prompt with service request. Need better service check in. Asked not rotate my tires since the back tires were new. They rotated the tires, anyway. The vehicle had been at the dealership for five hours, so I did not want to wait for them to rotate the tires back. Seems like someone should have realized the tires did not need to be rotated.

Never going back. LIED that they rotated tires. Used...

Never going back. LIED that they rotated tires. Used standard tire pressure, not what was in tire. Not sure if oil changed. Filter was. Who knows if other inspections done. Telling friends and family to go elsewhere.

I brought my tire in because it wasn’t holding air....

I brought my tire in because it wasn’t holding air. Figured nail. They couldn’t find any puncture so they resealed the tire and balanced it. NO CHARGE. Thank you.
