Kenneth was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made for a smooth transaction, as I was coming from Long Island. One issue, if I can be honest. There is a manufacture recall on my 2023 Escalade. I’m still not quite sure what it’s regarding. Something with the computer, I think. But, I did feel, and still feel, that that’s something the dealership should have handled. It’s a one year old vehicle and it seems odd to sell a vehicle to someone, with a recall on it. Other than that, everything went good.
