we bought.

we bought. a 2012 scion tc that was missing the entire button panel for the defroster and were told the part was already ordered and we could come back and get it installed. then it was the piece got lost and told to wait and now a year or more later we inquire and they send us to a repair place and we showed the mechanics what was wrong and they said they'd talk to the people at automotive network and a few days later we called the mechanics lot and they told us automotive network has refused to pay for the repair

Everything was going Good until the negotiations

Christine was excellent. She was polite, friendly, Attentive and Not pushy. Now when it came to numbers and negotiations she stepped aside and this guy came to work on the numbers. OMG WHAT A NIGHTMARE. The vehicle was nice over priced and I. Understand thats how you make money you negotiate and still make a profit. The car needed two tires and a keyfob. He would not budge. Really liked the car and didn't mine paying the high price. So I told him ill pay for one and you the other. So I asked him will you pay for tires or the keyfob. He said the tires. So I asked are you going to get used or new. That xxxxxxx wanted to put used tires on an already over-priced vehicle. I feel sorry for Christine. Actually I drove 20 minutes and purchased my second choice and the vehicle was 5 years newer and 1,500.00 less.

worst car finance experience in my life

I wanna start off by saying that...,although Simon and Christine were nice people , my experience here was absolutely horrible.. I called in interested in a 2012 Honda Civic and they texted me the address to their dealer...Not knowingly parked next door to their neighbor car dealer which is connected to their lot. After looking at the Civic I returned to my car and was threatened by the connecting dealers lot manager instigating a fight with me at all costs..., after I apologized several times explaining to him that I had no idea this was a separate dealership...Let your customers know you share a lot with another dealership please... After giving it a test drive a decided to take it to my mechanic for a pre purchase inspection the next day..There was several problems but one that caught my eye the most was that the rear rotors were warped and breaks and tires were all about go after they stated the car having "Newer" brakes in the advert.. Although I've looked at several cars at this point I already invested time and money and countered his initial offer ,even with the list of problems my mechanic had printed out for him, Simon would not budge on the price stating he would take care of the problems and also stated " that's not how we do business here" baiting me into the sale... I was tired and exhausted and this process took about 9 hrs. (to be fair I was at my mechanics for 2 hrs. for the inspection). You'd think you would have been done by now but the very next day I had to drive about an hour out to Parsipany NJ from my house to finalize the deal... Simon had also told me that I would get a better deal if i made the drive to Parsipany and also mentioned that "we were gonna have problems" if I didn't sign the paperwork at closing. Nice way to threaten your customers before sending them home with a new car I guess. Did not end there either...I had to call three times for my plates and they still never called when they had them..I finally called the day before my temporary plates expired and picked them up hoping Simon would finally take care of the list of problems with the car but he didn't..I had also mentioned that the air pressure dashboard sensor light kept turning on and he said that there was leak in the tire and he never replaced that tire either..He did say if it turns back on after he filled tire up to call him but I seriously doubt he would help me out...I'm not saying the car I bought is a lemon..In fact the car is ok, but I have noticed more problems with it the more I've used it ,like the tweeter speaker up front clips , serpentine belt is chewed up etc.. I personally would not recommend the AutoNetwork for a finance deal.

Best Service

Best customer service I’ve experienced at a car dealership. They went above and beyond to make sure I got a great finance rate. Delivery was quick and easy and no hidden surprises. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I will be back to get another car for my daughter next year.

LEMON ALERT/DISHONEST

Purchased a 2008 Honda Civic 105k, in October 2018 to commute to work. Within 30 days I started hearing loud/rattling sounds from the engine and on one morning the vehicle left me stranded at work because it stalled on the road. I noticed that the transmission fluid was burnt as it was jet black, there was no coolant(bone dry) and low brake and power steering fluid. The air and cabin filter Extremely dirty. It was clear this vehicle was not checked. The dealer did not help with the tow fee, I had to pay for the tow fee to tow the vehicle from NYC to NJ on my tab and pay for the part for repair $565. I then to pay for a transmission flush and the brakes also went a month later. A total bill of $1200 in 4 months of ownership. Shame on me for not checking this vehicle thoroughly shame on me but shame on this dealership for not being honest with their customers. The sales associate Christina during the test drive stated that They check their vehicles thoroughly and this vehicle has been checked and all fluid changes are up to date. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! I took a $4,000 hit as I did not feel safe with this vehicle I commute with my small kids and traded in for another car just 4 months after purchase. Shame on me but shame on this DEALERSHIP. Threw some nice wax on this car for a nice shine but a LEMON.

Best car buying experience

The best car buying experience ever! I have bought many cars before from different dealers and it was always a hassle and a long and draining process. Simon was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I got thr car i wanted at a great price and I was in and out in 1 hour. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a car.
