Write a reviewGreat dealership
I bought my truck here and I am glad I did. The process was easy I drove away with the car the same day. I was looking for months and everywhere I went it was such a hassle. Finally I saw a truck I liked online I inquired and made an appointment. From the beginning I felt comfortable.

Great and pleasant experience
For a new dealership they certainly have the expertise and knowledge about all types of vehicles. There are a lot of price ranges so they can accommodate to your budget and different models to choose from. Will definitely come back and purchase my next vehicle with The Auto Network since my new purchase has been running so well. Christine and Simon provide excellent customer service and are very pleasant people.

No warranty offered
It's sad in this modem day and age when a car dealership thinks the public is stupid. This vehicle isn't offered with ANY WARRANTY! Simon tells you that they only sell quality; but his actions speak otherwise.

No regrets!
I had been shopping for a used car for over a month when my research brought me into the Auto Network, I saw on cars.com that they had a Maxima I was looking for. When I got there, I had already been to 7 other dealerships that day, needless to say I was worn out from dealing with people trying to get over on me. I walked on the lot, and Simon came out to greet me. I asked about the Maxima, he said that has been gone for a while...I was disappointed. But he didn't give up. he asked what kind of car I was looking for, I gave my description...he showed me this Chrysler 300. When I saw it...I immediately liked it. It looked clean inside and out. Then I sat in it, I was in love!! (But I couldn't let him know that) I took a test drive and it ran good also. I knew that I wasn't going to buy same day, just because it's not good to make that kind of decision in one day. So we exchanged info. I called Simon back a week later to let him know i was still shopping, while we were on the phone, he asked what he could do to get the deal done today. I gave my terms, we negotiated, and I agreed to purchase the vehicle! Now, the car is great, and that alone would be a good reason for a good review. But as I explained to Simon, the reason I purchased from him is because I felt comfortable with him. i felt like he was honest, he listened to my needs and concerns, he addressed them promptly, and he didn't put undue pressure on me to buy. When making a large purchase it's natural to have some regrets afterwards, but because of Simon's demeanor, I felt completely comfortable with my purchase. I would recommend this place to any and everybody for a used car!

Overall Bad Experience
My son was ready to purchase his first car. I wanted him to buy something safe and reliable because he goes to college out of state and would be driving over 1000 miles to get to school. We decided to buy through a dealer instead of a private sale because we believed that all claims in a dealer’s advertisement had to be true. My son found the car he was looking for at the Auto Network in Lodi. The ad said that the car was in excellent condition, new tires, new brakes and rotors, no warning lights or issues, no headaches, absolutely flawless interior and exterior. We traveled almost an hour to see the car which was shown to us by Simon. We took the car for a 10 minute test drive and everything seemed fine. We decided to purchase and tried to negotiate the price. Simon explained that a car this clean and in this condition would only be sold for full price. We left a deposit and picked up the car a few days later. After owning the car for one week the car starting running very rough and the check engine light came on. I brought the car to a qualified mechanic and when he hooked it up to a diagnostic computer the code read there was a cylinder misfire in cylinder one and cylinder two. The mechanic felt the car needed new plugs and a coil. Also, as soon as I opened the hood for the mechanic he looked down and saw that both boots on the front axle were broken. The boots were not just torn, but in 2 pieces. Not being mechanically inclined this was something that I missed when I looked at the car but any one with mechanical knowledge would have seen right away. Because the car wasn’t drivable in its present condition I had the mechanic make the repairs. We got the car back and it rode good for 3 days. On the fourth day the check engine light came back on. This time the code said a misfire in cylinder 3. I called Simon to let him know what was going on. His response was to check to see if I purchased an extended warranty, he knew I didn’t. The extended warranty was $1,700.00 for 3 years. I asked about the warranty that was on the sticker of the car when I bought it. The sticker said “this car comes with a warranty”. Simon explained the only warranty was the ability to purchase one. I became angry and told Simon that by law this car would need to pass inspection and at present it wouldn’t be able too. He agreed and said that I would need to bring the car to his mechanic. I wanted the problem taken care of right away so Simon told me he would call his mechanic in the morning and get back to me with an appointment. I waited till 12:00 the next day with no call from Simon. I called the dealership and spoke to Habby. As it turned out, Simon was off that day so I would never have received a call. Habby called and set up an appointment and I took the car to their mechanic that day. The only good experience about his purchase was their mechanic. He was a no nonsense guy who got right to the point and figured out what the car needed. The spark plug wire on the third cylinder needed to be replaced. He gave me an old Honda wire so that I could get the car home. The next day I purchased a new set of wires and the guys who maintain the trucks where I work replaced them. After they finished the wires they looked at the brakes and as it turns out, there were only new brakes on the front of the car. The rotors and brake pads in the back were completely worn out. Please remember that the ad said new brakes and rotors. In the process of repairing the brakes we also found that there was a nail in the back passenger tire. When I brought the tire to have it repaired it had already been plugged once so the tire dealer wouldn’t patch a second hole. In addition, the rear tire on the driver’s side (which I later found out through Habby, had been replaced by the Auto Network) was a different brand of tire then the other three. On an all-wheel drive vehicle it is important that all tires be the same with the same thread pattern and a similar depth of tread. Now I had to replace 2 tires. Please remember that the ad said new tires. I had to go back to the dealer to pick up the registration. I brought all of the used parts and a list of what I thought the Auto Network owed me for all of the repairs. The list was as follows: Coil $167.00 Plugs $48.00 Boot Set Interior $36.00 Boot Set Exterior $36.00 Spark Plug Wires $68.00 Rear Brake Pads and Rotors $90.00 Labor (Coil, Plugs, Boots) $300.00 $745.00 I met with Habby and explained why I felt they owed me the $745.00. His explanation was that the dealer make so little on the sale of a car, and the investment that they made to get this car ready for sale . Habby told me that he and Simon were just managers and that the owner of the Auto Network would need to make the decision, he would talk to the owner and get back to me. I waited one week and never heard back. My son started calling the Auto Network and leaving messages for Habby. Eight messages later, still no call back. Since purchasing this car and having such a bad experience, I have read many of the other reviews for the Auto Network and it surprised me that all the reviews are good. I can’t believe that I am the only customer treated this way. I would recommend to anyone who goes to the Auto Network, make sure you have a good mechanic look at the vehicle before you make a purchase.

Top notch.
Wonderful customer service. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, but are not looking to go through the usual lengthy and tiring process, shop here! At The Auto Network, although the facilities are small (but clean!) the process was very seamless and easy! Simon made buying my car an enjoyable experience, as he offered me drinks, gave me a great finance rate and also offered to drive my car home for me! Thank you Simon & Habby for the wonderful service, I will come back to the Auto Network in the future!

Impressed & Pleased
To say the least, I was very impressed and pleased with my car & the service that Habby and Simon provided. They were extremely helpful, professional and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They were very patient with me, my budget and my credit score. I appreciated that very much. In the end, I came out with an Accord for a wonderful price! I look forward to my next experience with Simon, Habby and The Auto Network. Thank you guys for the wonderful service.

First time shopping for a used car!
It was my first time buying/shopping for a used car! At first thought, I thought it would be a painful, lengthy experience, especially with my poor credit score. However, somehow, Habby and Simon managed to help me find the right car for me, with a good price, and they managed to give me a good rate too! For a first time shopper, they made everything seem so easy! For that, they deserve 5 stars.
