The Auto Network

The facilities were very clean, the customer service was excellent from Simon, who I bought my car from and the buying process was very simple and easy. I would do it all over again if I had the chance, and the next time I buy a car it will also be from here!

Throughout my whole experience at the Auto Network, which was wonderful, the most memorable part was the service. Although my car is in wonderful condition and has been running smoothly for a couple of months now, it is not the most memorable part of my experience. The service was that wonderful! Simon is a very attentive, friendly salesman who seemed to care about how I felt coming out of his dealership and nothing else! I would come back to the Auto Network, and I will sometime in the future!

Entering the Auto Network to shop for a car, I had an entirely different mindset than the one I came out with. It may seem like a small place, but it is very clean. The workers, Simon and Habby were very polite and offered me refreshments while waiting for my paperwork to be completed, etc. After being declined at many dealerships for finance, Simon managed to get me approved! I appreciate everything the Auto Network has done for me, and I hope to visit here again sometime!

Simon was perhaps the most professional, polite and experienced salesman I ever interacted with. Not only did he help me finance my car with my poor credit, but he also helped me find insurance for a great price! I've only made one purchase here, but it's safe to say that it was one of the best used cars I have ever purchased as of yet. Used cars often end up having plenty of issues. However, this one, after 6 months, has had none! Judging from my car and the way I received it, they keep their cars in mint condition and very clean. I would shop here again, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decently priced, good condition used car!

The Auto Network's motto is "Driven by value. Powered by trust". After making a purchase at the Auto Network, I can say that both those statements are fairly true. Simon, the employee who sold me my car, was very respectful and polite. After having driven my vehicle for over two months now, I can also claim that everything he said about the car was true. It runs great, and for the price, it is absolutely fantastic! I couldn't expect (or find!) anything better in this price range. The value on the cars sold here is great, they have an extremely wide selection of vehicles and all the cars I saw were very clean and appeared to be in good condition. My car surely is! Nobody shops for a car often, but when you do, make sure you do it at the right place - and that is what the Auto Network is to me.

Firstly, although this is a used car dealership and although it is relatively small, do not let that fool you. The variety of cars is very vast, you will almost surely find what you're looking for. Furthermore, due to the fact that it is a "used" car dealership, people tend to think the condition of the car may not be as great as a new car. However, after purchasing a vehicle that is "used" and driving it for quite a while now, it seems to run as good as new to me! Simon and Habby were an excellent pair of salesmen, and seemed completely honest with their work. They helped me find the right vehicle and finance for me, not them - and that is what separated my purchase at the Auto Network from any other car purchase I have made in the past - the level of attention and care that was showed to the customer.

Buying a car from the Auto Network was more than simply shopping for a car. It made the whole, typically tedious, long annoying day into a short, easy and simple process. Without the expertise of the employees, Habby and Simon - this could not have been possible. They understand their job very well, they know their inventory and they know what car will suit your needs. If you are not looking for a specific make and model, ask them to help you pick out a car, and as they did for me - I am sure they will do a great job. Shopping at the Auto Network didn't feel like shopping for a car, it felt like a walk in the park. Overall, I could not be more happy with my purchase of a Honda Civic, and next time I am shopping for a used car I will be sure to stop by here first.

After visiting many dealerships while shopping for a used car, and after making my purchase here, I can conclude that it was a very good purchase. Not only were the employees, Habby and Simon, very friendly, but they seemed to be very knowledgeable of what they were doing as well. The price-to-condition ratio is also excellent, judging from my car. Not only that, but there was a large variety of models, and Simon helped me find the perfect fit for me, telling me what each and every car had to offer, and whether or not it would suit my needs. The interior and exterior of my car, when I received the keys, were flawless. My car does everything I need it to and more, and I could not be more happy with my purchase. Habby and Simon did a great job, and I am sure they will continue to do so. I can't thank them enough for their help with my purchase!

I came here looking for a used car in good condition with decent mileage, and what I found exceeded my expectations. Not only was there a wide selection, but the vehicles appeared to be in excellent condition, and after a month of driving the vehicle I purchased, I can say that it was money well spent. Simon made the usually lengthy and painful process of filing papers, etc. seem like a walk in the park. The customer service was just as splendid as the vehicle I received. Simon appeared to be honest, well organized, informed and was very helpful. If I decided to buy another used vehicle, it is safe to say that I would visit the Auto Network once again.

Simon and Habby, a pair of great guys to deal with when buying a car. I just purchased a BMW X3 from them. The experience was wonderful. They know their inventory and their job. Never once did I feel like they were just selling cars". If you want or need a fine used automobile this is the place to go. Already have a friend interested in getting a car from them. Priced right, clean cars,the whole staff was accommodating and friendly. They will truly make your buying experience enjoyable. Go and buy a car and you will see what I mean. Glenn H
