I was shopping for a used truck, I found What I wanted at jax exports. Brain was the salesman who assisted me throughout the buying process. He was very informative and very helpful. He even negotiated on the pricing which was very important to me. I would definitely recommend these guys, especially Brian if you're shopping for a premium used vehicle!

Buyer Beware! We purchased a vehicle 6 months for my 16-year-old daughter and noticed almost immediately after that there were some minor and major issues with the car. The major were 2 oil leaks and control arm issues. We immediately contacted our sales person and kept getting the run around, none of my emails were responded to either. After a few weeks, we finally got the owner on the phone and he said to bring it in which we did. We brought all the issues, major and minor to his attention. He said he would take care of it and sent to his mechanic. We were told the repairs were done and to come get the car. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, my 16-year-old daughter is driving and the car completely locked up on her. We took it to a trusted mechanic and the issues they claimed to have fixed were still there. While fixing these problems that we thought were fixed, the mechanic noticed that the engine was not mounted, none of the engine mounts had bolts to be able to properly mount the engine. So now the car is not usable at all. I emailed the owner on Friday and still no response. Unsafe vehicles and even worse customer service!

I had the best car buying experience here! I called Bruce about a VW Eos convertible and I came in and we went for a test drive. The car is beautiful, they traded in my Honda 2003 Accord and I'm about to hit the road in my new ride! The whole staff seemed very nice. The other cars on the lot are beautiful too, a little out of my price range, but fun to admire! Porsche, Mazaratti, jaguar, infinity, Audi, Mercedes, they've got all the beauties!

I came to Jax Exports with the expectation that I would have a good outcome and meet people that would be honest and straight forward. Thanks to Big Dave, Mike and Behrus, I had a good experience and was able to get the vehicle I was interested in for a good price.

I went to this dealer due to the broad selection of used Mercedes Benz cars. The owner and the staff were very professional and friendly. I felt welcomed and not being pressured at all. Sales atmosphere was very laid back. The cars seemed to be fully inspected and in very good condition. The dealership agreed to install new tires on my Mercedes Benz CLK500. The car drives great and I m very happy with my purchase and will recommend this dealer to friends and family !!!

I visited Jax Exports wanting to look at a used Avalon. The gentleman that walked out to help me seemed uninterested in my patronage. I told him the car I was interested in and he went and got the keys, handed them to me and told me he was going back inside and to let him know if I needed anything. I understand that it was hot but, sheesh, I was a potential buyer. I checked out the car and there were more things wrong with it than the online pictures conveyed. Also, the remote keyless enry key was cracked and had buttons missing. Overall it wasn't the best experiece and I'm glad that I didn't buy a car from here.
