A friend of mine bought a car from Brian, so I decided to pay him a visit and trade in my bmw. When it comes to dealerships, I hate being hassled and followed around. I looked at 4 cars, and test drove 2 of them without being pressured or feeling uncomfortable with Brian. He?s easy going, polite, and straight forward. My trade/purchase process was seemless and problem free thanks to him. If you ever make down here, ask for him. He?ll take care of you.

I had a very nice experience with my purchase at jax exports Inc. Mike Jones assisted my family and I in finding the perfect vehicle. I've actually never had such a smooth car buying experience. Mike was very laid back and there was no pressure put on us to make a decision. I really like the fact that you can purchase warranty with the vehicles. The staff is friendly and was very comforting to us. Let me not forget to mention the wide variety of reliable luxury vehicles. Thank you to Mike and his team for all they did today to ensure my family left the lot happy.

Wow, what a pleasant buying experience. I felt from the beginning on very comfortable with the Jax Exports guys. I could not decide between 2 cars, but they were patient and did not not made any selling pressure. Instead they let me test drive them and explained me everything in detail on both cars. After I have decided for the Honda Bruce (the owner) gave me even a better deal then I was expecting. I am driving the Honda for almost 3 month now and I am enjoying every day. Thanks Jax Exports you guys made a single mom with 2 kids very happy.

I had a really good experience with Brian. I looked at other lots and Civics before I came to Jax Exports. I should've gone there first. What a difference in customer service and quality of used cars makes! I felt very comfortable buying my car here. I would recommend this dealership.

Paid cash for a 350Z convertible. I didn?t notice at the time, but the convertible top didn?t latch properly on one side and would let air/water in when driving down the highway. Within months, the window motors went out, the seat control switches stopped working, the engine motor blew and had developed electrical issues. Tried and tried to get it running smoothly, but as quickly as I could get one issue repaired, another would pop up. They also told me that it hadn?t been in any accidents, but while replacing the window motors, I noticed broken glass and body work suggesting that it had been involved in some sort of accident. Finally, I gave up after spending twice what it was worth and traded it in along with my SUV on a new truck at a reputable local dealership. This was quite possibly the worst purchase I?ve ever made in my life. I strongly caution you if you?re considering purchasing a vehicle from this company. Be very, very attentive to the seemingly small details in regards to the car and the staff. Furthermore, I highly recommend staying away from this company altogether. Is it possible to walk away with a decent car for a decent price? Sure. However, based on my experience and some of the others I have just read, you could very easily make one of the most costly decisions you?ve ever made. Do yourself a favor and go to an authorized dealership.

Before buying any used car I suggest bring it to a trusted mechanic. Especially when buying anything hi end from Jax exports. At first service and salesmen ship was awesome. I was happy enough with pricing. I knew the sl500 I bought had 1 issue, no keyless go, when I picked it up mid Jan 2017... What i didn't know was the non stop issues it would have in less than 7 months. I took it to OP Mercedes the 1st week I had it, instantly they suggested it needed new motor mounts, new keyless go, new transmission seals, and replace the pulse emitter button . In March 2017, the ignition censor went out. In May 2017 the vario top pump went out, and now in July the hydraulic cylinders are going out. So far since Jan 2017 till now Ive spent well over 4500$ (receipts to show it ) to keep the basics of an SL going, and that doesnt include the needed motor mounts and seals ( another 3k will be needed). Now, do I blame the dealership, not necessarily, its a 2003... But of course 4500 dollars and counting in 7 months, gives a bad taste... I really enjoyed the atmosphere at purchase time, but now I can never in my right mind suggest this place to others. Just my 2cents

This place reminds me of the car salesman of the 80's & 90's. The sales people undoublty don't consult with the sales manager or owner while you trying to negotiate and reasonable sales price for the buyer and seller. Petty greed at it's best.

I found Jax exports to be friendly, knowledge and very professional. My entire experience was comfortable and courteous.
