I always have a great experience at this dealership. My service advisor was William and he was outstanding. All of my needs were addressed at a fair price and I could tell how much better my car drove when I picked it up. Its nice to know that there are still dealership service departments that treat their customers right!

Best repair dealership experience ever!
I was traveling and stayed the night in Buena Park. When my Pacifica van broke down. I was able to get it to the dealership and everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. They immediately ran the diagnostic on my van and told me they could fix my car within a couple of hours. They had an Uber take me and my family to lunch and back while they worked on my car. And when I picked up my van they didn’t charge me anything even though my van was no longer under warranty. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership and I wish they all operated the same way. I just wish I could take my van here for all maintenance.

Great service manager
I had an AC problem and Lou, in the service department, told when the AC specialist was available to check the vehicle. A replacement part was ordered abs Lou called me that the part was available and the best date to bring the van for service. Greatly appreciated his attention to costumer needs.

I wish I would've read reviews from others before buying
I wish I would've read reviews from others before buying here. We've bought & leased plenty of cars, never actually been called a liar from Patty in Finance when we asked her to correct the agreed on terms once we received our lease terms from Ally. And when we did go in - they denied ever presenting us with the offer we agreed to. Take your chances. Take pictures of everything, and DON'T EVER expect Miguel the sales guy to actually back up the deal he gave you. It's called service recovery - and when a company makes a mistake, they should own it. Now they will own this awful reputation. BUYER BEWARE

Really? I doubt it. Augy the manager wanted to call the police on me, rather than let me illustrate to him, using the paper he was trying to show me, why logically he was incorrect. We have a case number and would like the regional area manager's name and contact information please.

BAD BUSINESS, desperate sales people
This review is actually for 0 stars. I don't even leave reviews for things but NEEDED to do so for this place. This car dealership is the reason car salesmen have a poor reputation. I drove an hour to purchase a car, and they used every opportunity to hide the truth, make up answers, push along random fees, try to make me feel bad for negotiating, took pride in hiding fees in the fine print, and even referenced their children when trying to "make a deal". Yes, talking to you Dennis (the salesman) if you're reading this. Leave your kids out of your business! I asked him if the tires on the car were new, Dennis said "Yes!". When I got the car inspected, the tires were halfway through their life :/ Over the 9 hours I was there, I asked him repeatedly to talk price, to which he would say, "you can do that with the 'numbers guy' ". Yet when I finally talked to the "numbers guy" (finance manager), he informed me I was supposed to negotiate with the salesman. Dennis then called me dishonest for agreeing to a deal and changing my mind. What deal?? I was shocked, calling a customer dishonest?!? Horrible business practice. I left out of disgust and annoyance, and Dennis came crawling outside begging me to come back in. The desperation! While driving away, he kept texting me until he finally agreed to the number I wanted. So add harrassment to the list. Reading over the contract took just as long. Ultimately, I crossed off $13,000 worth of extra who-knows-what from the contract that they tried to trick me into signing. Honestly, this place is run by snakes. Only go here if you have the patience of a saint.

The worst place to service your car they lack to follow up and update me that my car wasn't service, after eight hours they did nothing to my car.
