Hilltop Motors

We purchased a car from hilltop motors and its been a nightmare. Within just a few months of driving the car, the transmission went out! leaving me and my family stranded! Hilltop motors was so rude to us, and the manager Charles lied to us! They also never told us the car was a lemon! He's a con artist who will lie to you about a vehicle just to sell it!! When we first visited the dealership, the staff was friendly and "knowledgeable" They assured us that the car had been thoroughly inspected and was in excellent condition. After we left charles called my phone Repeatedly He told me that he Just wanted to help my family so The nice guy he is , he told us We didn't have to make a down payment! This was after they Told us that we We're going to have to pay 700 dollars! He Told us that the car was inspected and was nothing wrong with it! After we bought the car a few months later the transmission failed, I immediately contacted the dealership, asking if they could please help in any way. Instead, I was treated like garbage by these people the manager Charles seriously told us that It's our fault that we chose to buy the car!! Charles said next time don't buy junk cars and then said next time have a mechanic look at a vehicle before you buy it! What kind of dealership is this man running? I feel deceived and taken advantage of by a dealership that should be standing behind the vehicles they sell. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from Hilltop Motors to think twice TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE avoid this place and go to another car lot!!!!

We bought a SUV for $11,000 from them in September and the car has needed over $8,000 in repairs since then. The vehicle has rust that the dealer neglected to mention. The salesman lied about features of the car. Buying this vehicle has set my family back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

My.names Josh Pike, I bought a 2015 Kia Sportage today from them and it had great miles on it , only one previous owner, great shape, all around good. The team there did a lot to continuously bring the price down for me and make my payments cheaper. They was effective in that for sure. Id recommend this place to anyone fr based off of my experience. There really chill people to ..easy to tell that they are for the customer and kot just trying to get theirs.

I would give 0 stars if possible! DO NOT BUY FROM HILLTOP MOTORS! I went to Hilltop to look at an F-150 they had posted online. Come to find out the truck was sold. Not a big deal right? So they offered me a slightly older F-150 with a bit of rust for 12,500. We couldn’t do paperwork that night so we scheduled an appointment for 9am the next morning. When I get to the appointment, the sales rep and I start going through paperwork. Less than 10 minutes in, the GM comes in and raises the price from $12,500 to $19,900! Why would you offer me a truck that I wasn’t looking for, for one price and then change the price once I waste an entire evening and morning dealing with you?

Everything went well and it was a very pleasant experience. The office was clean and relaxed

Hard to write this since my boyfriend and his family have bought several vehicles from this dealership. I was looking at a 2017 ford fusion only saw pictures and did not see any exterior damage. When we arrived it was terrible dents, scrapes, and rims looked chewed on. When we asked to see another vehicle and see if the loan company would up in price for a different vehicle we were told no by Steve without him even trying to contact loan company. Needless to say our family will no longer be doing business at this dealership. By the reviews and my experience looks like Steve needs a different job. We went to Kia and I’m leaving with a beautiful Kia optima with a lower monthly payment. The guys there even stayed late to get paperwork in. My recommendation is go to Kia!

This is my second truck I bought from them and I reckon mend them to go buy a vehicle from them!

They are very friendly and they are right there when you need help. Nice variety.

Everything from start to finish was simple, clear, concise, welcoming, and no stress. Enjoyed speaking to Michael and everyone else on the team. Solid place to buy a car.
