There is one reason I keep coming back here, even when...

There is one reason I keep coming back here, even when the dealer has a bad day(we all have them) good things can come from it. My family has been buying new and used cars here since 2011. Recently we just purchased a new 2022 Hyundai Tuscon. I also have plans to get another Elantra in less than a year and will ONLY buy from this dealer. Recently my wife had an issue with a mouse in her 2018 Hyundai Elantra(we bought this one here too), we took it in and Jim with service was very responsive and kind in dealing with my wife. He got us in quickly and was able to do the work quickly. Unfortunately we had larger issues that were not the dealers fault, so Jim referred us to Jack in sales to look at new cars. I would give the service department 5 stars. Jack has able to show and test drive a few vehicles my wife wanted to look at, per my wife "Jack made me feel like I was never being up-sold to something I couldn't afford". I have been buying cars since the 90's and this is the first dealership that I have been able top find that treats you fairly. Also the reason they keep earning my business since 2011. Once we found the vehicle we wanted, Jack handed us off to Vinny. I would give sales 5 stars. Around this time is when we had issues, but I still went through and purchased the car that same day. I voiced my concerns and Jason Mink the GM from Hyundai personally reached out to me. Jason went above and beyond to make things right. James reinforced my belief that this is actually a good dealership and you will always be taken care of no matter what! I would give finance 5 stars thanks to Jason and Larry. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone that is in the market for new or used vehicles. -Matthew Lindquist


Service department does not keep in touch with customers....

Service department does not keep in touch with customers. I was advised on June 28th that it would be 4 to 5 days. I called they said they would call me back in 20 minutes and it has been over 24 hours. I called and it is convenient my service guy Jim is not available but they tell me that they are waiting on a response. Not sure what response they are waiting for. They have had the car over a week and they have not advised how much longer it will be.

Today....thanks....enjoyed the loud music on the way home kept my mind of cars getting too close and setting off alarms....ha ha ha .....laugh them off.....gettinusedtomynewcar....and Lance! thank you soo much smiles here.....keep up the great work......well earned.......Chic Filet across the street kicked me out of the outdoor seating!!!! no one was not go to that Chick and her Filets!

Best Dealership Ever

COGGIN DELAND Has a well deserved (F) rating with central Florida BBB. There are many honest Hyundai dealers in central Florida. Be diligent and find one with a higher BBB rating. It will not be difficult. Not unhappy with the price I agreed to only the price I paid.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and they refused to fix anything on it just 2 days after the fact I will never purchase another car from them


Professional and respectful of my time

Jack Rosen at Deland Hyundai helped me with my purchase, and he was very professional. There were no games; he asked me what I wanted, found it and got me the best price in the area for my Hyundai Ioniq. I can't remember the Finance guy's name, but he was also great and did not try to upsell me but got a better financing rate than I could on my own! I have since had the vehicle back in for an oil change, and service is prompt with a shuttle driver who dropped me off for BBQ and picked me up later.

Above and Beyond

The parts department along with a technician leant me tools to help a needy family get their car back on the road. I am so appreciative of their kindness and willingness to assist. Without their aid, it would have taken up to two weeks to receive the part and repair the vehicle. Thank you for your act of kindness!

Watch your back!

Had my son drop off his Hyundai here when it started misfiring! Had the code read before taking it in and showed a bad coil on cylinder 4. After they looked at it was told it needed coil, plugs ( that have less than 20,000 miles on them), oxygen sensor, sway bay bushings and control arms. I told them to replace the coil and the oxygen sensor and leave plugs alone. They called three days later and told my son that they had replaced the coil but it was still misfiring, they said they had switched plugs around and now it was misfiring on cylinder #5 (hard to do on a 4 cylinder engine). Said it needed new plugs for an additional $218. Also said you cant buy aftermarket spark plugs! ($8 at autozone) Picked up car without changing plugs, no engine light and no misfire! The survey that we were supposed to receive never came. If this had been my first experience with Hyundai it would have been my last! This place will turn a simple repair into a total nightmare! Stay far away!
