Honda of Marysville
I wrote a review last week that I would like to amend. I dealt with Christopher Russell who was very professional . He not only explained the paperwork properly but also took me on a drive to explain all of the controls. I would highly recommend dealing with Christopher if you ar looking for a new Honda.

Wonderful servce
Even tho this was second time I brought my car in for the same issue the service was wonderful. They made sure to note all my concerns for the service dept so that everything could be addressed. They also gave me a loaner car since they were sure of the time frame. They called and gave me an update when they found the problem, told me the solution, and when it would be completed. Over all it was a painless experience. In all of our dealings(including purchasing our CRV from them) we have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership.

Tough problem on Honda Element
Intermitant problem on my son's Element, got beyond my basic car skills, they found the issue, repaired it, great service, Service rep went above and beyond to help us!

Awesome service
Went and checked out the car I was looking at, came back in the next day and was there all of maybe an hour before I was driving off the lot in my new ride. Everyone was super friendly and were on top of their customer service skills!

We just bought our 2017 pilot and the salesman and everyone in honda Marysville were friendly and answer all of our question without pressing us. I will recommend them to our friends and family!

The guys were very helpful
I had an early appointment to take care of a recall issue, and to find out what was making a rattling sound in the front of my car. I had my two young kids with me so they offered a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around while they attempt to diagnose the problem. After about an hour and a half they called to tell me the recall issue was taken care of, but they couldn't figure out what the rattling sound was. So I transferred everything back to my car and gave back the loaner. Soon after I drove away, I heard the sound again. So I returned to the dealership and asked to take a technician for a drive to let them hear what I was hearing. After the tech heard the sound he wanted to figure out what it was. So, again I transferred carseats, (and my Costco groceries) back into a loaner. The guys at the front counter were very helpful and quick to get us back into a loaner. Even though I was annoyed to play musical cars with two small children in tow, they figured out the problem and it wasn't more than a rock stuck in my bumper, and rolling around. I'm glad it wasn't a serious problem and it was easily resolved. Shout out to Carlo, Ryan, and Matt for taking care of us and our car.
