Outstanding service my car is always returned to me within fourty eight hours. I enjoy bringing my car in because the staff is always friendly and makes you feel appreciated.

I have been using MB of Collierville for service since it opened. I cycled through several service reps at the beginning with varying degrees of satisfaction. Brady has been my service rep for the last couple of years and this guy is just awesome. He goes above and beyond to be accommodating, he always explains in plain English what is going on and make me a part of the decision of what needs to happen. I hope you guys keep him around. He’s become one of my buds.

Left car for scheduled service and a couple more issues. All handled with professionalism. They even took me to my destination and picked me up when done.
