My husband and I had been looking for a specific color, make and model ford pickup and when we found what we had been searching for we drove to Pettus Ford in Fredericktown to check it out. I instantly loved it! My husband wrote them a check for the full amount of the truck, and they gave us a temporary tag good for 30 days. It’s been over a month and my truck is sitting in our driveway! We can’t drive it because we haven’t been given our title. My advise to anyone buying a vehicle from Pettus Ford, don’t pay them cash unless they have the title hand!!! Now they don’t even want to answer our calls!

They sell you a vehicle with THEIR WARRANTY Package & SCAM you with service repairs! We have a 2012 F350 & 2019 Dodge after REQIRED Maintenance service lights stay on! When returning for service there is always "something else" costly to repair!!! Truck is less than 100k Van barely over 100k... both have service lights on now!!!! The van just got back from a tuneup, nothing was wrong before they "serviced" it!!!

Levie was a great salesman & he made us feel right at home. A great personality!!!
