Dropped my vehicle off for service.

Dropped my vehicle off for service. Was told it would take 3-4 hours. Returned after 3 hours only to hear that it would be another 2 hours. So I opted to wait and my ride left. About an hour later I received a text message telling me I could review my service video. However the vehicle in the video was not my Jeep. At that point they realized that they were working on the wrong car. Finally got my car another hour later. Needless to say I am done with them.

Moving on

Up until today I would have given the dealership a five star rating But the follow up and assistance I needed was helpful at all I am making car payments on my totalled car as well as my new car I bought the Gap from them and received little information on how to file and submit cancellation notice just bought my last car from them after 12 years I do think highly of all the staff except 3 I have trying to settle this gap claim since August

Experience was very professional

Bought 2 vehicles last Month the service was professional and the negotiations without any problems. When we did not buy the first car we negotiated on they were professional, and we ended up buying another car when it arrived a few days later

MY new challenger

Bought my new 2023 challenger here and they did anything I asked mainly being keeping it wrapped up for me. But otherwise while waiting who can't say no to the free Chick-fil-A they have to offer.

New purchase

I’ve bought a number of Jeeps from Harr and have always had a great experience. Danyelle was my sales person and she was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and found just what I needed. Adrian who deals with finance was wonderful to work with also. I’m sure my next Jeep will be from Harr also.

Great dealership to do business with

This is my second new car purchase from Harr. The second time as just as painless as the first. I walked into the dealership on Saturday and signed the paperwork for my new 2022 GC 4xe. My salesperson Dannyelle (who sold me my last Jeep listened to what my interests were, what my monthly payment range was and made a suggestion for a car I hadn't even considered but was the car I bought. Worked with Aiden on the financing and everything was clear, upfront and explained in detail. You would think a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram dealer would want to finance you through Chrysler Capital. They put me with a differnt bank because they had a better rate. Again, looking out for the customer. If you are looking for a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/or Ram, stop in and see Dannyelle. She will treat you right and Aiden is her team lead so you'll automatically get the benefit of working with him. Having purchased my previous Jeep from Harr, I also had occasion to visit the service department. I never had a problem getting an appointment and never waited more than 2 or 3 days. My previous Jeep developed a water leak (not the cars fault) and with no appointment, they immediately took me in and fixed the issue. No charge. I highly recommend this dealership.
