Stopped in on a Saturday around 6pm. Had one of the best conversations and dealings with one of the sales consultants there. (Stewart) Very mellow minded individual, didn't mind cutting up, no pressure to look or sign anything. We spent the rest of the evening at this store trying to find the best new car for ourselves. Stewart never seemed to bat an eye, or get upset because we couldn't make up our minds. Finally around 11:50pm Still at the store, and dealing with Stewart and his sales manager Berry, We finally found the best vehicle, at the best price for us. Over all one of the best places I could recommend. If you have questions, the sales consultants there have answers. They never put pressure on you, or get any bit frustrated. Great Business, Great Team, Great People, Will gladly do business again and recommend to anyone.

First time buying a new car, ever. Specifically found two VW's I was looking for at this dealership. Prices online matched actual list price, all of the legal paperwork (tax, tag, title) taken care of with the total amount laid down (no hidden fees). They even transferred my plates over, no 30 day tags! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who are eager to work with you on the monthly payments, term, credit rate, etc. No pressure to buy, and they even bought my 10 year old xxxxx. to add to the money down on the loan (spare tire, check engine light, AND broken window to say the least)! Also added some additional packagespecially to the loan (something I didn't think I would do) because they were so afordable-$10 for all kinda of routine maintenance. Will definitely be going back for future vehicles, they have almost every car company on the lot! THANK YOU, ALAN T.!!!

I recently purchased a 2014 VW Passat TSI s (1.8T) from Hendrick VW in Concord. I am extremely happy with my vehicle and the buying process. (Not that it matters but the dealership is super nice and modern). I am very happy with the vehicle - it is what I wanted and drives very nice, has considerable size but does not feel too big. I do think the Passat's are good value. After considerable research, I do think I got a good deal. My sales person, Michele Amidon, was excellent. She did a great job and was super helpful. Her customer service was excellent but was never pushy or demanding. Overall it was a great experience on what can be a painful difficult process. I enjoyed working with her and the folks at Hendrick VW in Concord. I highly recommend both the car and dealer.

This is by far the nicest dealership I have been too, granted it is pretty much brand new, but that makes it all the better for me. Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful, as this was my first time buying a car. I never felt "taken advantage of" as most dealers will try to get you for all the money you have. Not here. They are truly there to help you and do all that they can to get you into the car that you want. I had visited around 15 dealership between concord and winston-Salem/Greensboro area and I am so glad I landed at Hendrick VW. I recommend this Dealer to anyone looking for a New or Used car. 5+ stars easily.

Henrick Volkswagen in Concord, NC is one of the most beautiful showrooms I've ever been in. The staff greets you at the door as if you were visiting a friend, not going in to buy a car. Our salesperson, Paul Gosnell was a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Paul Gosnell to anyone looking to buy a car. I bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. Patrick and Diana were very helpful and they were not pushy. They never had to "check with the manager". It was not the horror story everyone tells you about. They worked with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. Very helpful and very friendly

I purchased a 2014 VW Passat TDI SE. The salesman approached me quickly, but was friendly and not overly pushy. I had a specific car in mind, and he quickly located the vehicle I was looking for. The test drive was great. At first, I was hesitant to work with them because I found better advertised pricing at other dealers in the area. However, they didn't hesitate to match the price and worked with me diligently to get the deal in was happy with, despite it being after hours. Every person on the sales team was friendly and knowledgeable. Generally, I would rather pull out my fingernails than deal with car salesman, but this was a very pleasant experience.
