I am delighted to write this review as I’ve had a wonderful experience at VW Concord purchasing my 2024 VW Atlas. Upon entering I was greeted by the lovely receptionist and handed over to Jamie, my sales rep! From the moment I met Jamie, the experience was top tier. He offered me water and LISTENED to my car needs. I never felt pressured or rushed (it was later at night!). We chatted and I was able to identify what I wanted and my trade in condition and Jamie was able to assist me with a few test drives and a great explanation of the options that was offered. For support, Jamie brought in Patrick who was equally supportive. The respected that I need a few minutes to speak to my family about what I was told and ultimately I brought a car! We are growing our family and I am very happy with my purchase thus far. Jamie is attentive, knowledgeable and patient! This is my first VW and I am happy it was matched with a great experience!
