Amazing customer service

Great experience

I had Brock when I got to dealership dude was running wasn’t walking at all. very friendly and was a blast to be around the staff was amazing the finance guy really takes good care of you saves you as much money as he possibly can he was very good and I was maybe there for an hr with test driving and paper work after I was done Brock stayed with me after hrs and helped me load the car onto the trailer and was happy to help. great place I’ll buy again any day with these guys

What a great experience!

What a great experience! On Wednesday June 9th I was on carfax looking at vehicles for sale. Came across a enexpensive vehicle for $4990. We weren't needing a vehicle but wanted a extra one for a commuter. That day I filled out a form for them to contact me about the vehicle. To my surprise a sales associate named Peyton contacted me only a couple hours later! From start to finish he made the transaction easy as can be. My wife and I filled out the pre approval app at home and got accepted. The next day that same car online got a discount of a $1000 dollars and they honored it even after we already had it pre approved! These guys rock! So on the 3rd day June 11th my wife and I took the 2 hour drive down to them. Took the vehicle for a test drive and got the paper work done. We were in and out and treated great by everyone we encountered. For such a enexpensive car this vehicle was mint! It was a 2003 Ford Focus XS5 with only 84000 miles. The overall condition was great. These guys rock! Thank you Peyton for such a easy transaction.

I dont even know where to start with this. If you are looking to buy a vehicle here run!!!! I bought a truck and a little after a month check engine light comes on and starts shifting bad. Take it back to the dealership and they tell me it needs a whole new transmission. After a couple of coupons it would be $6000. No way that they didn't know it was going out. They knew that they were selling me a vehicle with a major issue. After lots of arguing back and forth they go to fix the vehicle(at my cost). They give me a loaner car that had 53 miles to empty, the person before me left trash and long blond hair all over the interior, and grass covering the floor boards. Not even a care to wipe the oily fingerprints from the stereo before giving it to me. Just what I wanted during a pandemic. Long story short do NOT buy a vehicle here. Never felt so screwed by a dealership in my life.

DONT EVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE

Tried to sell me a lemon

Payton and Jason helped my partner and I initiate the purchase of a car they currently have. (4/26/21) A 2013 subaru crosstrek, orange with 125k. Thank goodness we paid several hundred dollars for a third party inspection. (Buick, you should absolute reimburse us for this) This crosstrek was found to need thousands of dollars in repairs just to get this car to a point where you can safely drive it. Yeah, that's right, they allowed both my partner and I, along with whoever else test drive this unsafe car. It's as if the dealership did zero work to inspect the car; it had cut vacuum seals, half a dozen oil leaks, one of which was in the engine... The engine had also been replaced with a refurbished one, which wasn't in the car fax. What a surprise after a minutes long diatribe payton went on with my partner about the "integrity" of this dealership and it's "high standards". If you plan on buying a car from this "dealership" please, get a third party inspection. Y'all are running some sort of scam if you don't even inspect your cars and fix them to get them in SAFE WORKING ORDER FOR TEST DRIVES. I would seriously be embarrassed to work there after that experience.

Avoid like plague--tried to sell me a broken car

I started a purchase of vehicle they had for offer that showed no issues on the Carfax report. No listed issues on the dealer's sheet, no proffered mention of anything wrong with the car by the salesman (Payton). In fact, Payton spent a good amount of time assuring me that the reputation of the dealership is sterling and it's what they bank on when people come to buy a car. When I asked what their mechanical checklist or inspection involved I was told that they do their basic checks and delve deeper into issues if they notice anything wrong (this will come up later). I test drove the vehicle, it seemed fine, but I am not a mechanic so before initiating the purchase I had a preinspection done by a reputable mechanic. Thank god I did. He found that the engine had been replaced with a remanufactured one (again, this was not on the Carfax nor volunteered by the dealership or salesman), transmission oil was seeping from the gasket, engine oil was leaking from the drain plug, and there was a breather hose that was just sitting there unplugged. Those were the big things. But they apparently hadn't even bothered to cover the smaller things, like the engine coolant level in the tank or replacing the filthy air filter. If they don't care about the small things, do you think they care about the big things? This dealer had a lot of cars I was interested in looking at and potentially buying and if this had been handled better I would have been willing to chalk this up to an isolated occurrence, but the sheer lack of honesty from the sales team, carelessness and danger of the inept mechanical team, and unapologetic shamelessness of this dealer has turned me off from them completely. Not to mention that, while I'm glad I got this independent pre-inspection done, I am now out a few hundred dollars that I wouldn't be if the sales team had bothered to give half a f*#k about the pretty transparent issues this car has. Buick GMC of Beaverton, you owe me reimbursement for the inspection if you have even a shred of integrity. For anyone looking at it, it's an orange Crosstrek with about 125k miles. Stay away from it, or better yet, stay away from this dealer entirely.

BAD EXPERIENCE

Completely Taken Advantage Of! Look, I know when you trade your vehicle there is a certain amount that you are losing. This experience takes the CAKE. Offered us 12000.00 less than two weeks later they are selling it for on their website. No bugging over price or trade, acting like they are not making out like bandits, YEAH RIGHT! DON’T BUY OR SELL TO THIS DEALERSHIP! - YOU WILL BE SORRY!

It was a fast and relatively easy experience getting my Sierra worked on here. The staff was friendly and I was taken care of and on the road pretty quickly.
