THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ALL THEIR BAD REVIEWS EITHER CHECK YEL

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! DO NOT GET REPAIRS HERE!!! DO NOT BUY LAD STOCK!!! I bought a vehicle here 7/9/2020. On 7/10/2020 I discovered the rotors were bad. Called the number I was given should I have any problems and was met with a voicemail that said do not leave a message try someone else. I emailed said person and was told they would take care of it personally. Got a call from someone else that said bring it in on Tuesday. 7/14/2020 On Tuesday got there to discover I had no appointment (wonder why I could not bring it in Friday and leave with no appointment) and the third party that met with me Tuesday since the other two guys were off that day says they have no idea when it will be looked at or done. Then gives me keys to some used car they are selling with 36000 miles on it and not enough gas to get home and back and no room for my family to go on vacation camping. Great job so far.... 7/15/2020 Wednesday update by text message: Waiting on parts 7/16/2020 Thursday text update: Still waiting on parts I call to find out about rotors form the parts dept. They say we can get them today and we will try and get the truck done today. 7/17/2020 Friday update: still waiting on parts (ridiculous) This is a GMC dealer that proclaims to be the largest in the area but they do not have rotors for their own GMC trucks and cannot get them in? I wish I could just return the truck and forget I ever did business here. Instead I have a truck I have not been able to drive since I bought it. This dealership is terrible and once the sale is made they don't give a crap about the customer. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! DO NOT GET REPAIRS HERE!!! DO NOT BUY LAD STOCK!!!

Consumer response

I have tried to reach out to the GMC service department for the last four days. The phone system is a loop into a "Agent will be with you shortly" third party answering service. Leaving a message with them gets no return call. Ask me how I know. My name is Larry Neal you have my info bought a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT 7/9/2020. I am available by phone or email. Corey, Kyle and Nate all have my info and one guy in parts that apparently could've got the job done but was blocked somehow. By the way the parts guy is the only person that has called me back. Like your finance guy says There's no money in yesterdays business If this is how you run your business I am surprised you're in business at all.

They don't care about their customers

We are out of town customers buying on line. Spoke with Zach about flying out to purchase a truck. He knew we were coming from afar - and he knew we already booked our flight. We worked with our bank and she and Zach were on top of everything really quick! We were super excited to come pick up our truck. Then we get a text message from the sales man Zach after dinner saying "Hey man, I've got unfortunate news. We had a guy come in looking at that pickup who wanted to finance through us and had a trade in. My General Manager over ruled my deal with you and sold it to him. " xxx! What kind of business is this?? Very sad to see this kind of shady business. What a SCAM!! no thank you Beaverton!

Buyers beware!

Buyers beware I bought a used 18 Ford F150 drove it home 5 hours. Later found the spare wheel and tire is not there. On the used car inspection sheet the spare wheel and tire was said to be present and the tire tread is over 5 32nds and the tire pressure is set. So I contacted my salesman Michael about getting them to provide me with a spare wheel and Michael said is this the truck that we discounted? Yes it is but what does that have to do with the spare tire not being present when your inspection said it was and I read the inspection sheet before I bought the truck. One week later they had not gotten me an answer, so I had to contact him again. Michael talked to the sales manager Kyle and they said they would not do anything about the missing spare wheel and tire. Disappointing they would not step up and replace the spare wheel and tire witch the inspection said it had! So beware people!

Dealer not following COVID Phase 1 guidelines

When my two sons went to pick up our vehicle, they found that no one was wearing a face mask in the area of the cashier's office. They personally interacted with one individual and saw two others nearby while they were there. Not one of these employees was wearing a face mask. As of May 15 the guidelines for Phase 1 operation state that all businesses must provide face coverings and require employees to wear them. I cannot imagine why GMC of Beaverton has chosen not to honor these guidelines, especially in the area where customer interactions take place. I summitted this complaint to my service rep, but received no reply back. This is very disappointing.

Sales process and parts purchase

My wife and I typically purchase a new vehicle every year. We purchased a new gmc pickup from them this spring. It was a sleezy process that reminded me of buying a vehicle 25 years ago. Unfortunately they had one of two pickups in the state that was setup the way I wanted it so I proceeded with the purchase. I will never step foot in their dealership again. I next bought some matching wheel well covers from them. First the parts were sent to the wrong location. When they eventually came in they were damaged. It is now a month later and I am still trying to get them replaced. I have placed multiple times with no return call. It looks like I will have to go to small claims court to get this resolved.

Oil change, change my respect for this dealer

I schedule a routine oil change, upon arrival I presented a service coupon card that was mailed to me. The service advisor said "Oh I can do better than that." So I went into the waiting area for my service to be preformed. Service Advisor came to the waiting area, letting me know my vehicle was ready to be delivered. After paying for services and was in my vehicle I notice that the paper work showed standard oil. This raised a concern as I have always used the synthetic oil change in the past, went back to the service advisor and asked about what oil they used to complete this service. Advisor said "standard oil" I asked about my records on file and what they said. The advisor said the records has synthetic oil and the time before that was standard oil. I said that I had always had the synthetic oil change before! Service advisor said it has flipped back and forth, between synthetic and standard oil. I went home to check my records of services preformed in the past. All my records show that I was billed for synthetic oil changes every time I had the oil changed. Looking back at my experience arriving for my appointment. My advisor asked for my name, phone number and then E-mail address, then asking if it is my first time there? Nope, I purchase my vehicle from this dealer in 2012 and have had ALL my services preformed at the Beaverton location. So 100% of vehicle history is at this location. Long story short: this event has changed my mind about customer care and honest service provided. More details available if interested that changed my mind about trusting this dealer. I made my last visit here and will be moving on to another service provider. Interesting most of my friends have GMC's purchased at the Beaverton location. Me and my friends are moving onto another dealer!!!

Horrible service

Good afternoon, I am writing you today to inform you that your sales person Andy Herrera is causing your business to lose money. I attempted to purchase a dodge 3500 from your dealership two weeks ago. My experience from start to finish was very poor. Andy assured me that he would place the truck on hold while he made me wait three days to speak with him. He never followed up and when I finally reached him he was dismissive and very unprofessional. Dont waste your time with this dealer. Extremely disappointed.

I purchased a car from them, they damaged it during oil change and refuse to do the right thing. It’s less than 100.00 in parts to fix the oil pan they over tightened and regardless of cost they should have done the right thing. I didn’t discover it, another shop did, two shops say it was from over tightening the plug

Consumer response

This response is a canned message, it’s probably uploaded anytime you are displeased and actually very insincere. I made numerous calls and when I just got an appointment and brought it in I was treated poorly and told I was lying. They left my car a mess during a pandemic after the inspection, knocking out the fuse box cover and leaving plastic in a pile on my front seat. Class act.

Misleading Ad

Drove from Salem to look at a jeep that appeared to be a pretty good price, but upon inquiring about the 3 piece hardtop that was in the Ad and on the sticker, we were told no, it doesn't have one and it is a misprint. What a waste of our time. It would be a fair price with both soft and hard tops, but it only has the soft top. Hard tops are $2000, this is hardly an advertised good deal. Very disappointed.
