$80,000 car with a dent

I just bought $80,000 car got home and found a dent under the passenger mirror. Contacted dealership thinking of course they would take care of it. Nope. Prior to that they low balled me on my trade in to the point that I when to another Lithia dealership and sold me car for $3k more and came back to buy the car I really wanted. This dealership has a tired look and careless attitude. I won’t be buying here again. They won’t even see this review and if they do they won’t care.

Great Experience

One of the best experiences I had in leasing my car. It was seamless and straight forward. Tommy was fantastic! I was very impressed by the whole staff.

The Beaverton Buick Difference

This was the most comfortable car buying experience I have ever had. Everything about the dealership is impressive. Zach was my sales representative and he was friendly, attentive, and super knowledgable. Great selection of cars and very efficient staff. Also, the dealership itself was immaculately clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.

Great experience

Chris Akins, my salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the buying process. Super happy with my GMC Sierra AT4 and highly recommend these guys.

22k mile service/ oil change

Excellent service. I waited for my vehicle while maintenance was performed. Prompt service and clean waiting area. Was back at my house in under 2 hours.

Great experience

Shopping for new cars has become frustrating with limited inventory, higher prices and interest rates. I've been looking sending inquiries for a couple mos before sending GMC Beaverton. Jeremy promptly answered questions and felt as I was appreciated. I agreed to come in for a test drive and the in person experience was great. Knowledgeable without pressuring from sales through finance.

Great price and excellent service!

Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! No hassle, and they had everything ready to go from test drive to signing. Jason is very helpful and respectful, and Chris the finance manager is courteous and organized. Plus they had the best prices on the car I was shopping for! Highly recommend.

Solid customer service

Josiah did a pretty good job of communicating the problems with my car at the service desk and keeping me updated for the two weeks it was checked in with them. What was gonna be a $2000 job ballooned to $6000 unfortunately, so that's the only negative, but he did try and find ways to save me some money. Again, it's not their fault my car was close to being on its last leg, but it was still a price shocker. Got me a nice discount with all the work that was done though and even got me an Uber to come get my car when it was done.
